Battling with our inner feelings can be hard sometimes, making it almost impossible for us to conquer or with the battle. We tend to keep this battle hidden because we think there's nothing other people can do to help us win a war against ourselves. This hopelessness soon turns into frustration.

Sometimes, feelings take toll,

Take toll of the battles that hold within,

The very battles we tend to keep secret from the rest of the world,

Because we believe we are alone,

But in reality,

We're only different in terms of these battles we fight.

It's a war, a war fought with feelings and emotions,

A roller coaster of emotions that our heart rides within,

A track so disturbing and long,

A track not levelled to be strong.

Strong enough to hold these feelings within,

Because they've been spilling out,

Just know that my heart wants to shout.

In the end, I hope you win the war you tell nobody about.
