Sometimes, we expect too much from people we trust around us that we start depending on them. Any wrong move or word they say turns into back-stabbing that may affect some of us, sometimes more than an actual stab. We tend to keep those wounds hidden, hidden inside, more like invisible wounds. Our body is full of them.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The reality is
To some point, we've all been stabbed
emotionally, and deny it
but our heart has absolutely
never given up its ability to heal,
we just chose for it to stay that way.
And the pain is real,
because we're afraid to get stabbed again
Even if it was from the people
Who you thought
Would help you heal
But were the knife all this time,
And your heart, the victim
Your eyes, the witness,
Which lead you to bleed,
A wound so deep under the skin
To the present day
Its a fight you know you can't win.
