My eyes fluttered open as the sound of my loud iPhone ring tone echoed throughout my room. Mi neva si sumn annoy me suh yet like when my phone ring. As I stretched my arms out feeling around my bed for the vibrating device I cursed under my breath.

I couldn't find it, and that meant I had to get up and search for it.

Mi really cyah bother, God si and know.

It kept ringing so I eventually rolled myself out of bed, and proceeded to flog out my bed sheets. I watched my phone fly out and land on my carpet. It landed face up so I could easily glance at it realizing that it was Rosii.

I accept the call and pick up the phone before taking a seat at the edge of my bed.

"Yes Ms.Townsend." I answer yawning into the phone.

"Nosah not even good morning."

I release a breath, and internally groan when I feel subtle movements in my stomach.

Visibly nuh body cyah tell that I'm pregnant but I definitely feel it in my body. I feel all the symptoms and movements of the baby, which is normal but bwoy...

Still cyah even accept sometimes that this is real.

And yuh deevn tell yuh mother yet.

Right

"A wah time now?" I yawn again as I speak.

"No man, yuh jus wake?"

"Yes mi just wake, and mi did a dream to."

I hear her hiss her teeth before she responds,

"Whatever, a call mi call fi tell yuh seh fi get ready caz we a guh out."

I release a tired sigh.

Tell yuh mi cyah bother enuh, my body feel so heavy, and now Rosii a send mi fi guh  look fi clothes.
