"Yuh know my sister Chez?" I look up at him with knitted brows,
Chez chuckles lowly and scoffs at my response.
"A joke yah mek don't it?" His words feel like a sting, as he jerks his arm away from me.
A look of utter disgust in his eyes...
Chez has never looked at me like that and if I'm being honest it scared me.
I'm so confused and the worst part about all of this is that things are escalating so quickly and I don't know what to do.
"This girl is your sister?" His question already sounds like an answer but I tell him yes.
"Must joke dis," He continues to chuckle to himself.
