So, if another neighbor did happen to like Millie BEFORE, I feel that Wally wouldn't really mind it but he would be jealous. He would try to hide it with small tiny remarks like, "Haha that's nice." or give one of his stares. He would definitely be more clingy however, like wanting to spend more time with her and always wanting to hold her hand just to show off. Millie however would be completely oblivious to this and just see it as him being nice.
However if you guys ever read WTPB (Puppet Boy) you can see the way Wally acts when someone messes with Y/N 😭
