Oh gosh for starters, there's no such thing as running away when it comes to her.
However if neighbor does happen to get away, Wally would be the one to inform her. In fact there's an funny scenario I made of the two where it's an common thing, Wally ends up walking into where they keep neighbor and see that the leash is there but their gone.
"Millie! They got out again!"
Immediate fast footsteps and Millie just runs through and hops out the window like it's nothing.
"On it!"
However if Millie happened to find out, she wouldn't be upset at all. She would actually find it humourous.
"Oh silly neighbor.. you just don't know when to stop can't you?"
She'll go on an wild goose hunt and chase for neighbor and look high and low for them. She would manage to find an way inside their house, whether it's breaking the window, breaking the door, going on the roof, going in the vents, the chimney. She's going all out, ain't no stopping her at ALL.
