Dieter's POV

Crispin felt so good against me. His lips on mine, so soft, so fucking plump. He tasted so good, that I was addicted. Honestly, we should try and do something lay around and make out like a bunch of kids, but I just couldn't pull myself away. Not yet. Not when I know that this week is going to go by so fast.

I wanted to memorize every part of his body. I want to have parts of myself ingrained into his memory. Danielle was right, there was no way I leaving here unmarked.

Crispin ran his finger over my neck and I let out a soft shiver. Still getting used to the shocks of the mate bond.

"I ate you up pretty bad." He whispered against me.

We were currently laid out on the couch. Crispin lying on top and my arms are wrapped around him. Making sure he can't leave, though I don't think he would.

"My neck covered in hickies?" I asked him with a chuckle.

"Yeah. It is. Sorry."

"Hey." I slapped his butt playfully. "Don't apologize. Mark me up as much as you want. I don't care."

Truly I don't. I like the fact of being covered up in love bites. There was something so possessive and dominant about it. And the fact Crispin did it so freely, I loved it.

Before he could respond there was a buzzing in my pocket. I reached down to press ignore but Koa's name flashed in big bright letters and it brought a smile to my face.

"You can answer," Crispin said looking up at me. I nodded answered the call and put the phone to my ear.

"You're alive." Koa's voice flooded through the speaker. And I realized just how much I missed talking to him. We usually speak every day, but I've been busy with Crispin and he has a kid, and his mate Tino is pregnant with their second.

"I am." We stayed silent for a minute before we both burst into laughter.

"How the hell are ya?" I asked, running my fingers through Crispin's hair.

"Well, Ezra keeps asking for you. You know this is the usual weekend you come to visit." Ezra was my godchild, and I had never been more blessed. And I always told Koa I would have him be my first godparent as well. Now I just have to talk to Crispin about that.

"Tell the little guy I miss him. And I'll see him as soon as I can. How's Tino and the baby?"

"He's good, we find out what he is soon. Betting a tiger." A tiger was the strongest shifter there is. They were only born from a Lycan and werewolf pairing but even then they are extremely rare.

"A tiger. Well, shit. That's exciting." Crispin started to stir but I didn't think too much of it. Just that he eas readjusting himself against me. "Is Tino...you know bearable?"

"I heard that!" Tino's voice was distant but still present. Shit, he must be on speaker. Koa just laughed but he knew I meant well. When Tino was pregnant with Ezra well let's just say he was a menace.

"You have to agree you weren't the best pregnant," I spoke defending myself.

The conversation went on and on, and I found myself in a deep hole of catching up with my friend. So much so it was irritating Crispin. But instead of telling me to get off the phone, he began to kiss up and down my neck.

I felt myself go stiff, trying to fight off the noises wanting to make a way out.

"Anyways man, I hate to talk business. I know you're with your mate, but I do have some unmated Lycans I could send to your pack once you're back—"
