I am starting to dislike every nickname, except one.
"Wait! Wait! What is all this about?" Barkha asks, turning her attention to us. And I told her absolutely everything. "But I guess he was just worried?"
"Barkha, I never questioned his concern for me, in fact, I'm glad I have people who care for me. Okay! Think of it like this-Would you mind if I texted or called you constantly, asking about something that happened between you and Bhai?" She lets out a sigh and shakes her head. ''To be honest, I would be annoyed because I would not want to tell anyone anything that is between me and Samay. And, in your case, you are married, so it is even more personal. No matter how small a topic is, it should always stay between a husband and wife. ''
"See, that is what I am talking about! And as for the article, it mentioned that I was present there, so there was no need for him to send it to me; I am already not feeling good about it, and now he is talking about cheating-it is absurd!"
Rohit presses his lips together with a scowl on his face, stands up, and starts gathering his things, muttering something under his breath. I sighed, feeling bad about my reaction-maybe I overreacted, but it was necessary.
"I did not mean to make you feel like I was pushing your boundaries." He said this through clenched teeth, his hands clenched by his sides, and walked away.
Barkha and I exchange glances, and she shrugs while I rub my temples, a headache brewing. Then comes an overjoyed Muktha, yelling with delight.
"It's clubbing time, bitches!"

Muktha and Barkha joined sides when I denied it, and they continued pestering me until I gave in to their wish. Perhaps it would be a change of mood.
Barkha and I got ready in one of Muktha's dresses. Muktha is wearing a pink dress, Barkha is wearing a sparkling black dress, and I am wearing a red silk dress.
I have no idea why I always end up in red. They practically forced me to wear it and curled my long hair. I was about to put on my heels when Barkha sat down on the floor to put hers on, flashing me in the process. My eyes widened and my mouth hung open in fright.
"Barkha! Why are you not wearing anything underneath?" I shrieked. Her dress is short, and if she bends, she will expose herself to everyone around her.
"Your brother will be there, so I do not think I need to say anything else." She smirked and winked at me, while Muktha giggled with her flushed cheeks.
I shook my head and wrinkled my nose in disgust. Ew!

When we left the mansion, we met Bhai and Rahul, outside. Then Muktha went ahead and told us she was and they were dating Rahul, which I already knew-they were not exactly subtle about it. When we arrived, there was a long line of people outside the club, but we went straight to the bouncers who were checking IDs. They smiled when they saw Mukha and they fist bumped her, allowing us to enter.
It was strange and adorable to see a mountain-sized man fist bumping into a tiny girl.
The moment I stepped inside, a whiff of smoke entered my nostrils, mixed with sweat and some strange odour. The interior is black, just like any other club I have been to, with dim lighting and speakers blasting music with a bass that can make anyone deaf.
Muktha and Rahul led us to the bar, where I quickly snatched a seat because these heels were killing my feet. They ordered some shots, and I denied them. I cannot be drunk here with them because, according to Barkha, I am a mess when I am drunk, and I do not want to be a mess right now.
