"I know you're not like me Beth, I never forced you to be like me—I only ever used me as an example, truthfully I like you how you are" she reminded me as she sat back letting the rain hit her face.
Confusion written on my own as I looked over at her, admiring how calm my best friend was in what felt like the worse time of my life. "Imogen?" I asked.
Her eyes popped open as she smiled at me, "I don't want you to be like me, I like you for you because you are Bethany Knight, my badass best friend who has been dealt a shit hand in life but has made it this far" her words registered with me.
