You know when you've grown out of a book series, but you see the next one in the shop? Its like seeing a childhood friend. You kinda feel a mix of "oh! I used to know you! what a coincidence. Fancy seeing you here!" and "Hey! I miss you! Can we start hanging out again?"
Seriously. I just saw the next few Chocolate Box Girls books in The Hay Festival book shop. I kinda miss them. I wanna know what happens next! Is Summer coping with her anorexia? how are Skye and Finch still together (and do they have a ship name?)? How's Honey coping with not liking her Dad anymore? Is Cherry still happy? Is Coco still an animal lover? Will Patrick and Charlotte have any more kids?
