Power/Abilities- Semblance: N/A Semblance Description: Carter doesn't know it but his Semblance is a result of a deal is biological father made years before Carter's birth. Semblance Abilities: Penance Stare: This allows the Rider to stare into the villains eyes causing the villain to feel the pain of the innocent that they've caused.
Drawback: Person must have a soul or has regrets towards the crimes
Supernatural Awareness: Allows the Rider to sense supernatural beings around him. From demons, to ghost to angels to anything supernatural. Works in both human and Rider form. It's stronger in the Rider form though
Drawbacks: None (that we know of)
Regenerative Healing: The Rider gives its host the ability to heal from almost anything. From gunshots to missing limbs.
Drawback: Must be in Rider Form for full healing. Causes huge flaming headaches in the human form
Soul Manipulation: This allows the Rider to see into a persons soul for sin or innocences but it also allows the Rider to manipulate the soul and forcefully making it leave the body and be consumed by the Rider
Drawback: Soul Consumption must be corrupted with sin or it won't work
Sin Consumption: This is nothing like Soul Manipulation. This allows the Rider look into the past of the person and if the Rider sees change in the person the Rider will consume the sin and only the sin thus making the person innocent (sort of)
Drawback: Must be reformed and show no signs of sinning again
Hellfire Conjuration: This allows the Rider to use Hellfire to create weapons, shields or anything useful to its disposal.
Drawback: Loses Energy using this
Hellfire Projections: This allows the Rider to pretty much throw up Hellfire. (No shit when I looked this up it basically said he throws up)
Likes: His Car, His Chain, ???, His Family, Eating, Being Alone (At Times), Fixing his Bike and Killing Sinners
Dislikes: Sinners, Salem, Grimm, The Devil, The Brothers and Ozpin (Sort of)
