1.) Drink 2 bottles of water every day
2.) Stand up as straight as you can to help your posture
3.) Exercise 3 hours in total every one to two weeks
4.) Take 2 walk every week on different days
5.) Eat at least two meals a day, you can start a little at a time (must include Breakfast)
