Being little is hard, especially around people that wouldn't understand. Not to worry, little ones! I got you covered!
Tip 1: Color in adult coloring books!
They are the same as children's coloring books, except these Reduce stress and it'll make you seem less obvious!
Tip 2: Pacis in face masks!
We all know what I'm talking about when I say face masks. COVID sucked. You can fit a paci in your mask without anyone even knowing! I recommend using the masks that are durable so it's easier on your comfort level.
Tip 3: Teether beads on a necklace!
They have teether beads that you can buy online! They look like regular beads and you can make a necklace of them without anyone realizing the difference!

Tip 1: write uplifting things on a poster and hang it up when you feel little!
These uplifting things can be for security on your gender, or a favorite quote that helps you think positive!
Tip 2: Watch cartoons with LGBTQIA+ characters! One example is The Owl House! (Fun fact, Raine is non-binary!)
Tip 3: don't forget that you are valid and loved!
