Everything was better now, and Luna sat in my lap as we sat out in the field behind the house.
She laid her head on my shoulder. I was rubbing her belly, then I felt a kick. Mom was out there with us . I just knew she was taking pictures especially when luna looked up at me. She was proud to be my wife. And I loved that about her. Emmy cuddled up to me and luna.
(A month later)
Luna was holding Lorcan . I was rubbing my nose on his .
He sneezed , luna laughed at my facial expression .
" my own kid, sneezing on my face come on really". I say. It's been two days with our little one. Emmy loved helping but it was a bit of a cry for attention, she couldn't help it, this happened with all kids when they got a new sibling . I watched my wife breast feed my son. Her father was coming to visit his grandchild today. Kolby was in his own apartment now and my brass knuckles were still locked in the cabinet.
I sighed I'd probably never get my knuckles back.
