THE FLASHBACK'S 3 YEARS AGO

BECKY POV

"F*ck!"

Becky angrily threw the glass of wine she was holding onto the floor.

"W-Why can't you remember me, Freen? Why do they keep trying to keep you away from me?"

She weakly sat down on the sofa, unable to hold back her tears after seeing Freen at the park earlier.

If only I could go back to the past, maybe all of this wouldn't have happened. Maybe Richie and Freeya would still be alive. It's all my fault!! It's all my fault!!

She sobbed uncontrollably.

After crying out all the pain she felt, she decided to go to 7/11 to buy another drink. But when she parked outside the store, she saw Freen and Pnam going inside, so she quickly got out of the car and followed them.

While entering the store, I immediately saw Freen sitting on an empty chair while Pnam was at the counter. I was wearing a cap and glasses to avoid being recognized by Pnam.

I sat next to Freen, even though I knew the seats were spacious, I intentionally brushed against her.

"Ouch!"

She complained, so I glanced at her. I tried not to show that I did it on purpose.

"I'm sorry..."

"It's ok?"

I even heard her whispering.

"Wearing glasses at night? Are you blind or something?"

I couldn't help but smile at her comment.

"Just because you whisper doesn't mean I can't hear you."

She was surprised when I said that, so she quickly turned to look at me.

"Oh, sorry. Uh, I'm just curious, why are you wearing glasses?"

I was wearing glasses, so I faced her and looked into her eyes. Freen still looked beautiful as ever.

"What's it to you if I'm wearing glasses?"

I teased her. I could see her frown because of what I said. She looked cute when she frowned.

"You're so grumpy! Well, then I don't care."

I took her hand, which surprised her.

"I'm be-ah, I'm Bea by the way."

I lied to her about my name. I didn't want Pnam to know that I was talking to Freen, as she might try to keep her away from me.

"My name is Freen. Okay, grumpy, we're leaving."

She said goodbye as Pnam called her.

I just nodded at her. While Pnam was still looking at me. As Freen walked away from me, I couldn't help but remember what happened 3 years ago, where everything started.

FLASHBACK 3YEARS AGO

"Ohh! Richie, you called?"

"Why, am I not allowed to check up on my twin sister?"

I laughed at his remark.

"You're such a tease, brother. So, what's up?"

"Guess what, sis?"

"What?"

"I'm getting married!!"

"Huh?"

"Wow, you're really not convinced, Can't believe my own twin sister doesn't believe that his brother is getting married."
