Since I still had food poisoning, I mostly laid around all day and missed school. For breakfast, I had lemon lime Jell-O since it is easy to digest and didn't make me throw up.
For lunch, I snacked on Special K brown sugar and cinnamon pastry bar and some ritz crackers.
For snack, I had some honey granola and another pastry bar. Then snacked on some more crackers. I know this is pretty boring, but I'm sick. So I had to eat softer foods and we had no soup at all. I ate crackers and granola for the rest of the day.
