     I woke up early today, because my game is at 10 a.m. and is two hours away. So I woke up at 5 a.m. to workout out and eat breakfast before my bowling tournament.

        Mom and I after my tournament went to Big Boy for dinner. I had got a omelette and a biscuit with some fruit. This meal was filling and I enjoyed it.
