I woke up early today, because my game is at 10 a.m. and is two hours away. So I woke up at 5 a.m. to workout out and eat breakfast before my bowling tournament.
breakfast: pancakes, turkey bacon, cinnamon apple oatmeal
Cals: 425dinner: biscuit, meat lovers' omelette, fresh fruit
Cals: 843Mom and I after my tournament went to Big Boy for dinner. I had got a omelette and a biscuit with some fruit. This meal was filling and I enjoyed it.
