It is my second day of OMAD and I am noticing results. My weight scale doesn't have any batteries, so I am not able to tell. But I do notice at least a few inches of fat off my belly and waist. Anyways, I usually take multi-vitamins in the morning, but I forgot this morning.
lunch: ham and cheese sandwich, salad + ranch, bread roll, pineapple, large banana

Cals: 470After bowling practice, I did some chores. Then I had 2 no bake cookies and a Dr. Pepper. I know it sorta broke my fast from after lunch, but I allow myself a snack. The bottle of soda/pop was free and my my mom bought it for me. Plus the no bakes have oats and peanut butter, so it has some protein. I wasn't able to workout since my legs were sore from bowling and stuff.
