I didn't end up sleeping in this morning, so I had breakfast at 8:00 A.M. and since I decided to start my 'diet' for this week, I had oatmeal for breakfast. Plus I had strawberry yogurt, since I wanted something sweet and had fruit, but we don't have any regular fruit. Also, I didn't use the packaged oatmeal, I added my own spices and cinnamon to it.
Breakfast: cinnamon & spice oatmeal, strawberry yogurt

This meal was one of my favs as a kid besides pancakes, it's like a breakfast wrap or breakfast burrito. Except I didn't have eggs, but it was still delicious and I didn't add sauce this time. I know potatoes aren't the healthiest, but I had that in it.Dinner: turkey, green bean casserole, strawberries, blueberries, honeydew, mashed potatoes + gravy, roll, egg, black olives, and pumpkin pie + whipped cream, and chocolate pudding.
Cals: 800?My church had a potluck today, and I had a little bit of each item until I was comfortably full. I wasn't expecting this meal, since it was sort of last minute. However, I enjoyed the food and ate until I was comfortably full. Plus I didn't binge and had a little bit of everything.
