So I woke up with a small sore throat, and I wasn't feeling like having oatmeal. My mom just went shopping yesterday, but we did have applesauce.

I didn't have time to workout, but I was moving around a bit throughout the day. I'll make up for it on Sunday, since usually Sunday's are my non-workout days.
