I have a confession. I swear, I don't read a lot. I know I know it's not a huge confession but I don't. I know I should be, so in this post I'll be discussing how to read like a writer! I really hope this post helps since I too could use this advice!
Take notes on certain words you'd like to use in your book or words you don't know so then you can go back and research it for later use
Summarize the end of a chapter and then see what was most important about the chapter
Highlight (or just mark down) what you liked best in the book and maybe read the same book a couple time to really understand it
