Chapter 18: Vacation [Adumfor Arc]

The next morning, Elaina was on a plane for the place called Adumfor. Adumfor is an island nation controlled by the demon kind. The king is from the Osa family. The island is also home to some interesting structures and buildings made during history, alongside it's 3 cities a big island. The capital of the Adumfor nation...

ADUMFOR FOREST:

Adumfor has also a forest outside of the Capital city and the other 2 cities, which is big. The island itself could be considered an entire continent, but it isn't. The forest could be home to some other demon breeds.

Elaina was looking at the outside from the plane's window to see the beautiful ocean. She seemed rather happy to finally be arriving at Adumfor despite yesterday being stressed out for Vlad & the fact she failed to save him, however now... She seemed quite excited to arrive at Adumfor for her vacation.

25 minutes later, the plane lands in the Adumfor Airport of the capital city, Agoby. After the plane landed, the people started to come out... So was Elaina with her luggage. She then got down and got though the checks and was out of the airport building.... Leading to that she sees a man which was waving at her.

Elaina Xiang Ye!

Elaina runs with her luggage to the direction of the man as he stopped waving at her.

Xiang Ye: Elaina Vans, welcome to Adumfor. I have been expecting you.

Elaina stopped running as she reached him.

Xiang Ye: So how's life?

Elaina: Decent, just a little sad...

Xiang Ye: Oh I see, is it about Vlad?

Elaina: Yeah, anyways... Is Isabella around?

Xiang Ye looks around.

Xiang Ye: Not really, she is busy with a meeting. Princess Isabella told me to escort you and show you around like some kind of tour man.

Xiang Ye smiles.

Xiang Ye: Alright, do we go?

Elaina: Sure.

Xiang Ye then walks away as Elaina follows him for the tour. Meanwhile at the other side of the island, there were some guards looking for something...

Guard 1: So... There is an unindentified demon on the island?

Guard 2: Mhm, somewhere in this forest, there is one... Which disgusts me.

Guard 2 said it with a disappointed and pissed off look.

Guard 1: Now I see why they call you the disgusted guard... You get disgusted by the smallest rule break to ever happen.

As the guards continued to look around... 

Meanwhile back to Elaina & Xiang Ye, they both were already done with the tour and infront of the Osa family's palace.

Xiang Ye: And that is about the tour, anyways let's go inside there.

Xiang Ye & Elaina walk up and gently open the door of the palace, entering in. As both of them entered in, they were greeted by the servant.

Xiang Ye: Good day, Jeff.

Jeff: Good day, Mr. Ye. Welcome back.

Jeff then noticed Elaina.

Jeff: Oh, Mrs. Vans, good day to you too. It is a pleasure to see you come back.

Xiang Ye then uses his hand and fingers to give some kind of signal to Jeff, only Jeff understood while Elaina was as confused as ever.

Jeff: Yes sir. Alright, let me escort you, Mrs. Vans to the guest room.

Elaina: A-Alright...

After that Jeff turns around and walks away as Elaina followed him upstairs. Xiang ye then pulled out his tablet and goes to contacts as he searches up some kind of contact.

Xiang Ye then seems to have found the contact and presses the call button.

Meanwhile as Elaina was setting up in her guest room and pulling out her weapons and other stuff, she then puts her luggage next to the bed as she jumps on the bed and then turns around as she wàs thinking to herself, why did she listen to Isabella?
