I've been feelin' cautious for all this time
I had nothing precious beside my life
Then I saw an angel ready to fly
You were one in million so let me try

Sarang's POV

Still raining. I sighed quietly as I looked at the window after I turned my alarm off. The weather has been really bad since yesterday, the rain didn't stop at all. I wonder why it rained a lot in summer. I stretched my body, got up and dragged my feet towards the bathroom. I decided to go to work today because I was so bored lying on the bed alone and doing nothing at home. I brushed my teeth, washed my hair and soaped my body thoroughly. I stepped out of my bathroom half an hour later while wrapping my wet hair with a dry towel and walking casually into my closet. I was looking for working outfits when my phone rang. I hurriedly took a plain white vneck shirt and slipped it into my body before dashing back to my bedroom and taking my phone.

Baby boy is calling

I smiled ear to ear right after taking a glance at my screen and quickly tapped on the green button.

"Hi baby," I said cheerfully.

"Hi. Oh you seem so lovely today. Have you got any better?" He replied with his lower tone.

"Yes. Just finished showering, and getting ready for work. So how's your day babe?"

"Glad to hear that. I was going crazy knowing you got ill lately." He sighed in relief, sending guilt into my heart.

"Sow-wie," I apologized.

"Whoa Lee Sarang. Don't do that." He grunted

"Hmm? Why??"

"Don't act nor talk cutely."

"Why? You don't like it?" Again I asked with a disgustingly cute tone, which I normally hate. But I often talked in such a way only to tease him. I felt goosebumps spread all over my body as I heard my own voice.

"That's not fair. You keep acting cute while we are thousands miles away, but never do such thing when we're together." He nagged. I burst into laughter hearing him.

"I think I've gone crazy," I said in the middle of giggling. We continued our chit-chat for a good fifteen minutes before it went dark all of a sudden. I was startled and squeaked a little bit

"Princess? anything wrong?" He asked.

"Ah..." I mumbled. "Nothing. It's just a blackout. It may be back in a minute."

"Are you okay? You used to be afraid of the dark."

"Oh come on. I've been living alone since I was 20. It's not a big deal anymore." I giggled. "But it surely was my biggest struggle during the first year of living alone, now I'm getting used of it." I smiled slightly.

"That's my girl. I'm so proud of you."

"It's nothing." I giggled. And the chatter went on and on until I took a glance at the clock at my phone screen.

"Gosh, it's almost 9. Can we hang up now, baby? I'm getting late." I said frantically.

"Sure."

"Bye, talk to you later." I said while tapping on the red button. I immediately searched for Hyerin's contact when suddenly a notification appeared onto my phone screen.
