Due to the rain that had been coming down, the pilots were put into a classroom.

Lucia sat at the edge of the four-seated table.

Mickey sitting between her and Reuben.

Bob sitting at the opposite end.

"Again, when you're on a carrier, you need to pay attention to the ABEs. They are there to make sure you are ready to leave the carrier,"

Lucia wrote down important words that she thought she would need to remember.

Mickey twirled his pen around between his fingers.

He looks down at the woman scribbling away, turning over to a new page.

Before she could write anything, Mickey took her notebook.

"Hey ◡̈ "

Lucia rolls her eyes playfully at the man's writing.

"Hi Mickey"

She slides the notebook in the middle of them.

Mickey looks down, smiling at the book.

"I have a question for you,"

"What is it?"

"Can I take you out?"

Lucia looks at Mickey and purses her lips.

He smiles at her and points down at the notebook.

"Just once and if you have a terrible time we won't ever mention it,"

Lucia wanted to, but she also wasn't sure it was what she was ready for.

She had never been on a date.

She had been asked out on many before, but never actually went.

And she knew she wouldn't have a terrible time.

Mickey always made her smile.

She enjoyed being around him.

Lucia purses her lips as she looks at his writing.

She knew how she felt about him and there was no denying that.

It was when they were sitting through the Marvel marathon, is when she realized it.

She asked him questions about everything.

Every little detail, every hero and villain, even every backstory.
