Chapter 23

sorry I haven't updated lately. My computer crashed and my sister won't let use hers. Plus u couldn't find my itouch so I couldn't type on that. I finally found it so I wrote this short chapter as an apology.

Chapter 23

After explaining what happened we all headed into the living room to watch Spiderwick. When it was over we argued about whether or not New Moon was offensive. Finally I let them put it in but ignored most of it. After that I made them watch Vampires Suck. Fury and Jessica didn't like that because they were both team Edward. "You guys are so offensive. Choosing the bloodsucker over Taylor." "Technically we chose Edward over Jacob. No offense honey but it wasn't really you." Wendy said. Taylor just watched the movie. I decided to go for a run. Aiden was going to come with me but I decided to go by myself. I leaped off porch. I landed in wolf form perfectly poised. I took off into the woods. I ran around and found a little stream. I stopped to get a drink and was suddenly startled when I saw four girls sitting on a blanket. Apparently having a picnic. I was as startled as they were. Before I could run off a net was thrown over me. Ashling stepped out of the trees and smiled sickeningly down at me. I stared at her with disbelief and shifted back to my human form ignoring the stares I was getting from the girls. "I killed you twice yet you keep coming back. Always coming back to be killed. Don't even fight back. I always win." I whispered a spell that turned the net to dust and lunged at her. We both shifted before clashing in a flail of paws and jaws. I snapped at her tail narrowly missing it. I growled at her. 'I can't believe your putting up a fight.' she managed to get my hind leg in her teeth and I let out an ear splitting howl. I lunged for her when she made the mistake of letting go of my leg. I grabbed her front leg and yanked on it pulling it out of it's socket. She let out a howl and ripped it out of my mouth. One of the girls on the blanket fainted. I was worried about her but I'm currently busy. Just then Aiden and the others burst into the clearing. Aiden lunged for Ashling who hadn't noted him and managed to snap her spine. He landed in a crumpled heap and Aiden rushed over to look me over. He bumped my leg lightly and I hissed. So catlike I didnt want to think about it. He whined and told me to shift back. I did as he complied and he looked at my leg. Blood was coming out of it slowly and I healed the gash. It stopped bleeding but was still very painful. I completely forgot about the girls who witnessed hat happened. Aiden picked me up and I wrapped my arms around his neck. A few minutes later we ended up at the house. Fury and Drew came rushing out. They were the only ones who stayed at the house. They gave me some ice for my leg and I laid down on my bed. I told them what happened and they were all surprised. Fury was bubbling about something so I finally asked er what was so exciting. "Narnia is real." "What!?!" "Narnia is real." "How did you find that out?" "I was reading up in my spell book and found out that Narnia is real." she was still bouncing about something. "What?" I asked raising my eyebrows. "I want to go there." "Didn't you learn enough with Buffy." "Please?" she begged giving me the puppy eyes. I closed my eyes but she had won. "Fine."she let out a whoop and I got out of bed. Aiden rushed into the room and over to my side. "Are you okay?" "I'll be fine if you'll stop worrying about me." He looked me over and moved out of the way so we could go downstairs. I called everyone down and told them what we were going to do. I called the dragons and then opened the portal in the backyard. We rode our dragons through the opening. Jolene and her sisters had left last night. Taylor and Wendy had taken off as well. Amanda had gone to stay with her adoptive parents for a while. Me and the leftovers were going to Narnia. We flew through the portal and ended up flying through the sky's over what I guessed what was the ruins of Care Paravel. Apparently we were in the time of Prince Caspien. The movies were true stories which means Peter and the others were arriving. We saw them playing in the water. I asked Azura to land on the beach next to them. We landed perfectly poised next to them. I leaped off her and walked over to them. I must say I probably look really weird compared to their style. Ripped jeans and a tanktop. With the words Bite me written across the bust. Aiden and the others landed next to me. Aiden walked over. They just stared at us. "Who are you?" Peter asked. "We're from your other world. My sister wanted to come so I let her do the spell." "Your witches." He stated it rather than asked. "Only three of us. We have other abilities that you undoubtedly will find out about very soon." I turned to look at Aiden. "I'm Charlotte and this is my husband Aiden. My twin Charlie and his fiancée Jessica, and our younger siblings Drew and Fury." "I'm High king Peter. And these are my siblings, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy." "It's a pleasure to meet you." I nodded my head and the others bowed or in Fury and Jessica's places tried for a curtsy and failed miserably. He looked at me as if to ask why I didn't curtsy. "I'm an alpha and I don't show submission to just anyone." "Alpha?" "Of our pack. We have others but they are either with family or in Taylor and Wendy's case probably eloping." Susan smiled at that. We heard someone at the river. And went to investigate. I sniffed cautiously and noticed that there were three people. All male. We walked out into the open. There were two men in a boat with a dwarf tied up and gagged. Susan took aim and shot one of them. The other one was holding the dwarf up. "Drop him!" Susan ordered him. He let him go and splashed into the water. I had the water hold him up and bring him to shore. The guy who had dropped him dove into the water and swam to the opposite shore while I looked the dwarf over. He was only about two and a half feet tall with long shaggy blondish hair and scars ran along his face and hands. He turned to look at Susan after I took the gag out of his mouth. I was taking off his ropes when he started speaking. "Drop him?! what were you thinking?" "It was the first thing thy came to mind. I could have let them drown you." "Better to die by water than talmarines." "Talmarines? In Narnia?" Peter asked in disbelief. "Yeah. Where have you been for the past 500 years?" "It's kind of a long story." Lucy said. He looked at them as if it was dawning on him that they were the lost kings and queens. "Your it? Your the kings and queens of old?" Peter stuck out his hand. "High king Peter the Magnificent." "You cod have left off the last part." Susan said. "Probably." the dwarf agreed with her. Peter looked slightly embarrassed. "Would you care to take a challenge?" "Fight YOU?" "Not me. Him." He said handing the dwarf his sword and motioning to Edmund. The dwarf seemed to falter when he grabbed the sword then quick as a flash hearing up with alot of force and slammed his sword against Edmunds. They fought fr a mere seconds before Edmund twirled his own sword and tossed the dwarfs to the side. He fell to his knees. "Not to break you part during this touching moment but may I suggest we find somewhere to stay for the night. Azura and the others are more than capable of carrying us all to wherever it is your staying." I called for her and she flew over us to land perfectly as always at my side. I climbed onto her and helped Lucy on. Fury took Susan and Aiden took Peter while Charlie took Edmund and Drew took the dwarf. Jessica rode alone because her dragon was a really picky one and didnt like to bedridden by strangers. We took off and the dwarf have us directions to the place the Narnians would go should they need to meet up. We landed in a huge open field with a building of some sort. I leaped off Azura to land perfectly on my feet. I helped Lucy down and turned o see a group of people standing in front of a doorway. Or rather creatures. I walked over with Peter right behind me. He seemed to understand not to mess with me. I walked over to the doorway but the gaurds blocked my entrance I growled but they wouldnt let me pass. Just then Prince Caspien walked out. "Who are you?" King Peter." "But there should only be four of you. Who are you?" he asked directing his voice to Aiden. Aiden just looked my way with a smile. "The one you ought to be talking to is me." "What?" "I'm the alpha of my pack Not Aiden no matter though. Men are so arrogant they can't seem to grasp that a women could be a leader." he bowed his head respectively. "My apologies. I hadn't noticed you." "Most men don't. They fall for people like Amanda. Oh and Maggie." "Who are they?" "Friends. I suppose I should be glad you don't have ti get beaten up by Aiden though." "Why?" "Mates and husbands are known to be a bit protective where I'm from but it may e different here." "Your married?" I nodded. "And happier than I would be if i weren't. Though if Aiden hadn't proposed I would probably beat him silly until he did." "That's true. Don't let her pretty looks fool you. She's killed one of my exes." they all looked surprised. "You've killed someone?" Peter asked. "After she tried to kill me and my family multiple times. She had some trouble letting go of Aiden."
