There was certainly a line that could be said about bringing a gun to a magic fight. But Odette didn't get a chance to do so, not since the task was to be as quiet as possible as Emma and David charged first into the mayor's office with their weapons while Snow, Henry and Odette hung back until a call came from inside, announcing that the coast was clear.

"When you find her, you're not gonna hurt her, right?" Henry asked in a worried voice as the three of them walked into the office, his eyes watching as Emma and David put away their guns.

"No. We just want the beans she stole from us." Emma reassured him, making it clear the guns were merely a precaution if she tried anything to retaliate when they entered. No one really wanted to shoot Regina.

"I don't get it. Why would Regina leave her office unlocked?" Mary Margaret questioned, looking around as she tried to see if anything was out of place. But the office seemed as neat as ever.

With only one new item placed inside. "Especially when she's keeping the beans here." David said as all of them focused on the glass terrarium within which a beanstalk was preserved.

"Or at least used do." Odette pointed out as she kneeled in front of it, easily noticing a very obvious lack of beans. "It's been picked clear." She pointed out after making a circle around it to make sure there was truly nothing left.

"Something's not right. Regina would never leave evidence like this behind." Emma pointed out as she moved over to the security system by the door, starting to click on the buttons as she searched its history.

"Maybe she already used them to portal out of Storybrooke." David suggested, earning himself more than one doubtful look.

"Without Henry? I don't think so." Emma pointed out, reminding them of what they all knew was Regina's ultimate goal. Henry. She wouldn't just leave him behind. Even if there was no other choice.

"I mean it's not like it was just one bean." Odette couldn't help but point out. If it were just one then maybe the suggestion could be off. But there was enough for multiple trips. "She could have gone back to get something, and plans on returning once she has it."

"What if something bad happened to her?" Henry began to worry.

"Security system says the last time someone was in the office was around 6:00 this morning." Emma announced, pressing the buttons a few more times before the device revealed more information. "They used an override code to get in." She announced in surprise.

"Why would Regina need an override code on her own alarm?" David questioned suspiciously.

"She wouldn't." Emma was thinking the same thing as him. There was someone else involved in all of this. Someone who wasn't an ally of Regina's or theirs.

"You think someone else broke in and took the beans?" Snow concluded, wondering who it may be.

"Well, we haven't found Regina anywhere and haven't heard from her." Emma pointed out all the signs that were pointing towards their theory being true.

"So, something bad did happen to her." Henry reminded them of his own worries and suspicions, one they were all starting to find themselves agreeing with.

"We're gonna find her, Henry. I promise." Emma reassured him. Perhaps they weren't currently on the best of terms with Regina at the moment, but if someone did manage to take her and the beans, they needed to find her and discover who and what they were dealing with.

"There's only one person who could overpower Regina." Mary Margaret pointed out. "Gold."

But Odette found herself disagreeing and shaking her head. "I'd usually be all on board with that idea, but nope. He's too busy with his new... Old?... Whatever! He's busy parading around with Lacey." She shared. The new version of her roommate was very talkative in the rare moments she was actually home and not out with the Dark One.

"This was Tamara." Emma's mind went back to her suspicions and questions from before, needing them answered now more than ever.

"Haven't you already gone down that road?" Snow gave out a small sigh as she sent Emma a pointed look. She was hoping this was forgotten after Emma and Odette managed to find no evidence of anything among Tamara's things.

"Maybe not far enough." Emma didn't share that opinion, however.

And neither did Odette. "I mean, we did manage only half a search before the interruption." The blonde pointed out with a shrug of her shoulders. Just because there was nothing under a loose floorboard didn't mean something else couldn't be hidden in a different corner of the room they'd hadn't had a chance to check out.

"Or maybe there was nothing to find in the first place, and it's time for you to let it go." Snow suggested. They couldn't waste time on a theory which looked more and more like it was leading them nowhere.

"August was attacked the day Tamara came to town. I don't think that was a coincidence." Emma pointed out the suspicious timing of it all.

"What if you're wrong? If Regina's in trouble, we can't just drop everything else because of a hunch." David tried to reason with her.

"We don't have many others." Odette pointed out. She was sure it wasn't Gold who'd done this, meaning they had to look elsewhere. And aside from Tamara, there was no other signs pointing to a different suspect for them to focus on.

"Which is why we're not gonna drop everything else." Emma interjected with an idea of her own on how to handle all of it at once. "Go to Gold. I'm sure he has some kind of magic that can help locate Regina." She told her parents.

"Where are you going?" Mary Margaret asked curiously.

"Back to Tamara's room." Emma announced in a firm voice, leaving no room for further protest as she turned to look at Odette. "Care to join me?" She asked, knowing it could be a good idea not only to bring backup but Odette who'd seen it before too. Maybe she'd notice something different.

But, for a moment, Odette seemed to think things through before shaking her head. "Actually, you go ahead. I have a third thing I want to check on." She announced, making all four of the people around her send her curious looks.

"What is it?" Henry asked, hoping this might be a task they couldn't push him out of. He really wanted to join someone. This was his mum after all.

"The Jolly Roger." She revealed. "It's been a few days since the last time I went, and Killian should've come back for it by now." If it was gone then good, she'd drop it and move on. But if it was still there and Killian was no where to be found... Then by now something was most certainly off.

"You think she lied about not finding him in the storage unit?" Emma remembered the way Odette mentioned that Tamara was very eager to find explanations about Hook's absence when she spoke to her and Neal about it.

"Think about it, he'd be a useful source of information when it comes to things she can't ask Neal without seeming suspicious." Odette suggested a theory, one that certainly wasn't too preposterous to be possible.

And Emma couldn't help but agree with it. "You check the ship, you two go to Gold and I'll go back to her room at Granny's." Emma gave out the final instructions as the whole group started to head for the exit again. And once they were outside, all of them went in their own ways. Hopefully at least one of them would find some answers.
