If burning the whole world down just to find that one person who brought Laila to such miserable state had to be done, then Faris would do that in a fraction of second. Fire spreaded throughout his body whose flames glimmered through windows of his cold eyes. Anger boiled inside him whose heat seared through his veins.

God forbid anyone who comes his way.

A call from Laila's phone had brought him out of his deep slumber but it was a male's voice that actually woke him up completely.

"You need to come to university urgently." That male had said, a shiver in his voice alarmed Faris even more. "Hurry up."

Those words were enough to have Faris jump out of his bed and run out of his house in his crinkled night pajamas.

And when he found Laila in such heart stopping state, he found his own heart stopping right there. A girl supported her and a boy was pacing in front of her with wrath and worry etched on his face. The sound of his steps caught their attention making the boy stride towards him hurriedly.

"What happened?" He seemed to have a clear idea of what happened yet he still wanted to deny it.

"We need to take her to hospital." The boy ignored his question. "We-we need to do something."

His heart shook at the thought of Laila hurting like this. His brain seemed to stop working. Worry, frustration, wrath, many emotion clouded his brain under their ominous covers.

But Laila was on top of all that.

He ran to her side and hoisted her up in his arms without asking and saying anything. Tears clouded his vision yet he controlled himself for the sake of the girl in his arms.

"Taking her from back gate is best option." The girl said walking towards Faris. "She doesn't wants to go home."

Faris looked down at now silent girl who laid in his arms. Her eyes void as she kept falling into state of oblivion. "I'll take her to mine."

Both girl and boy looked at him cautiously before looking at each other.

Letting out a frustrated sigh, Faris closed his eyes trying to calm himself down. "Laila asked you to call me for a reason."

That seemed to be enough for both girl and boy to trust him a little. "We are her friends. We'll come too. "

Nodding at them Faris tightened his grip on Laila and walked out of university with her friends following right behind. Luckily no one was on this side to notice them.

His heart broke whenever he looked down at the girl in his arms. Fury burned inside him like a famished monster but Laila needed to be taken care of first.

In no time they were at Faris' home. His father who came down to drink water rushed toward them hearing the commotion outside.

But the sight in front of him made him freez on the spot. It was teary eyed Faris who shook his head at his father before rushing towards his room with Laila in his arms and her friends on his tail.

Putting her on his bed, he pulled the shawl back on her shoulders. An unintentional glance at her exposed purple skin only added fuel to his already burning heart before he casted his eyes away.

"She needs to change." Laila's friend hiccuped from behind him. "Her body is freezing."

"I'll get something to wear." And in a flash he was out of sight. His father who still was in shock seeing Laila's state turned to her freinds with questioning eyes who only looked down in response.

"Who did it?" Ansar's words were soft, but god forbid anyone who faces the wrath that painted his aging face.

"It's a suspicion on our behalf but-"

"We don't need a fucking suspicion Mr-" Faris stormed out of an attached room holding clothes in his hands.

"Moiz."

"Mr Moiz. Give a name." The anger could burn kingdoms down that shimmered in Faris' words.

Moiz stood dumbfounded staring at Faris' back who now sat on his knees in front of Laila. The boy who spoke hell just now sat like a slave in Laila's feet. He looked at her like she was holiest thing on the earth.

Looking at them rattled Moiz from insides. He feared the depths that the boy in front of Laila could go for her.

"You need to get changed." Faris' voice was now a shattered whisper as he tried to make Laila look at her gently.

"I'll help her get changed." Laila's freind came beside him. "She is in no state to even move."

Faris nodded without even looking at the girl behind him and went out of room along others.

The Father and son were not a forgiving due and Moiz saw fury burning and anger boiling inside them.

They were going to kill whoever did this.
