48. My Dear Mr. Husband ❤️

Start from the beginning

I walked towards hall to see how the decoration was going on. Today is Aai and Baba's wedding anniversary 30 years of togetherness Wow! We have came here 4 days ago. And yesterday I got to know that today is their wedding anniversary. We've kept a party at night among family, friends and relatives.

They both are just like my own parents. They're one of the best couples I've ever seen. I glanced around, the workers are decorating beautifully.

At night 7 pm

" So, it's 30 years of togetherness and I am wishing a very happy marriage anniversary to My Aai and Baba" Virat said while standing on stage, smiling at his parents. As always he's looking handsome in blue coat. Every guests clapped loudly. While my gaze was on Bhavani kaku! She was also clapping with her own attitude. Pran jaye pr attitude na jaye. My mother shook me, I smiled at her and looked ahead.

" Aap dono hamesha sath aise hi khush aur salaamat rahe, yahi meri duaa hai!" He said while looking at his parents. Aww! Mr. Husband He walked down from stage and went near his parents. He held their hands and again went on the stage with them.

" Maine hamesha hi apne Aai Baba ko dekha hai. Unka ek dusre prati pyaar dekha hai, Aisa nahi hai ki inke zagde nahi hote the, lekin haan ek dusre se baat kare Bina yeh zyada der nahi reh paate! Main bas yeh chahta hu ki yeh pyar ye saath hamesha rahe! I love you Aai Baba! Happy Anniversary to both of you!" Virat said while the emotions directly hit me.

The loud sound of claps fell on my ears. He came down from stage. His stare roamed around and he spotted me with my mother. He told me to come ahead. I walked towards him and stood beside him. " You're best!" I held his elbow and smiled. He just shook his head.

We looked ahead when Aai said while looking at baba, " Mujhe bas itna kehna hai, ki main hamesha apke sath rehna chahti hu. Mi tumchya vr khup prem karte!" Aai proposed baba in Marathi, while me and Virat clapped loudly. I even whistled in excitement, and Virat stared at me with wide eyes. Exposing my hidden talents!

Baba like a hero said loudly, " I Love you Ashwini! Aur har janam mein tum meri biwi Bano, yahi prarthana hai bhagwan se!"

Everyone clapped and Baba told guests to have food before leaving and thanked for joining party and wishing them.

Some of the guests went outside to have food. We've arranged food outside in garden area.

" Ashwini, this is for you" Baba said while smiling and he was going to sing a song for Aai.

" Aww he's so romantic! Ab pata chala, ki aap Aai pe gaye hai isiliye unromantic hai!" I taunted Mr. Husband while Aai and Baba were slowly dancing while swaying and Baba started singing.

Jab koi baat bigad jaaye
Jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnava..

I took balaiyaan of them while Virat whispered," Nautanki ho tum!" I smiled at him.

This time Aai sang and I was amazed. "Kitne sweet lag rahe hai dono" I whispered while looking at them. They were so happy.

Jab koi baat bigad jaaye
Jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnava

" Go, join them", my mother said while I denied. But, Virat held my hand and brought me on stage. I kept hand on his shoulder and he encircled around my waist. We were swaying and I continued the song while getting lost in my husband's eyes.

Ho chaandni jab tak raat
Deta hai har koi saath
Tum magar andheron mein
Na chhodna mera haath..

He stared at me amusely while smiling, and twirled me around. I guess he was surprised by my good singing as I had always sang only to irritate him. First time I am singing from heart. We were so lost that we forgot only we were dancing. Aai Baba were smiling at us and Virat saw it. Baba told us to continue. Mr. Husband looked at me and interlocked one of our hands. I smiled and continued..

Ho chaandni jab tak raat
Deta hai har koi saath
Tum magar andheron mein
Na chhodna mera haath

He backhugged me and swayed. The next moment I was shocked as Virat sang...

Na koi hai, na koi tha
Zindagi mein tumhare siva
Tum dena saath mera o humnava

And the lines which he uttered weren't lines only, that was real. No-one was in his life before me. He only loved me and loves me too! I turned to face him.

Tum Dena sath mera..(I whispered)

O humnava
( he hit his forehead lightly against mine and I smiled)

I moved away and he looked at me confusely. I glanced around to see some of guests were in hall. Some were talking with Aai and Baba. I went to take mic and took a deep breath before saying.

" Main kuch kehna chahti hu."My parents instantly looked at me by hearing my voice while bhavani kaku too frowned her brows. I saw some of guests were paying attention towards me.

" Aaj Aai Baba ki anniversary hai. Itne saalo baad bhi, unka ek dusre ke liye pyar dekh mujhe bahut khushi hoti hai. Aap aise hi haste muskurate sath rahe! " I smiled at them who smiled back.

" And Thanks both of you! Aap dono ki wajah se mujhe yeh mile hai!" I looked at Virat and said, " Yeh world ke best husband hai. Meri khushi mere dard mein hamesha mere sath hote hain. Humdard ban chuke hai mere, aur aap hi humsafar hai aur hamesha rahenge!" I said while streching words and staring at him. He smiled and shook his head.

" Mai nhi janti ki main aapse aap jitna pyar karti hu yaa nahi, lekin haan aapke bina reh nahi sakti. Adhoori hu main, and hamesha aapke sath rehna chahti hu. I love you my dear Mr. Husband" Tear rolled down my cheek.

Loud claps echoed in hall and my parents and his parents were looking the most happiest. I stared at Virat with teary eyes, his eyes welled up too but his current smile was so precious telling thousands of unsaid words

He hurriedly came towards me and tightly hugged me. I closed my eyes and tears didn't stop flowing. I remembered how he had given me happiness over the world, how he supported me to overcome from my past, how he had handled me so gently without complaining about anything. His love, his care, his support which I have seen was so genuine and selfless.

Na kuch pucha Na kuch manga
Tune dil se diya Jo diya

Na kuch bola Na kuch tola
Muskura ke diya Jo diya

Tu hi dhoop tu hi chaya Tu hi apna paraya
Aur kuch na janu Bas itna hi janu

I kept hand on his back as he moved away and wiped my tears and I chuckled in happiness.

Tujh mein rab dikhta hai
Yaara main kiya karoon
Tujh mein rab dikhta hai
Yaara main kiya karoon

I kept my palm on his cheek and thought how can I be so lucky to have him. I lowered my head and closed my eyes.

Sajde sar jhukta hai
Yaara main kiya karoon
Tujh mein rab dikhta hai
Yaara main kiya karoon

" I love you too!" He cupped my face.

" I love you three!", I chuckled and he said," I love you four, don't argue more"

" Wow, it had become poetry!" He said and we laughed.
