LAYERS OF THE EARTH PUDDING CUPS

make 8 servings

5.1 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
5 cups milk
Red, yellow & green food coloring
1 cup shredded coconut
10 oreos
1 cup mini marshmallows
8 (5 oz) clear plastic cups
Optional: 8 plastic toy dinosaurs
Make the vanilla pudding according to package directions & divide between three small mixing bowls. Using your food coloring, color one red, one orange & one yellow.
Make the chocolate pudding according to package directions.
Chill the four bowls of pudding for one hour. (Menwhile, do the next two steps)
Put shredded coconut in a zipper bag, add green food coloring, close bag & shake.
Put Oreos in a zipper bag, close & crush.
Assemble the layers as follows evenly between the cups: mini marshmallows, yellow pudding, orange pudding, red pudding, chocolate pudding, crushed Oreos, green coconut & optional plastic dinosaur.

Makes 18 servings

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
4 cups cherrios (plain or honey nut)
Add honey and peanut butter to large microwave safe bowl
Microwave on high 1 minute, stir, microwave 30 seconds
Add cheerios, stir until coated
Drop portions onto parchment lined baking sheet
Allow them to set (they should harden up enough to pick them up within half an hour, but it takes a few hours for them to be more firm)

Here's what we need:

1 cup almond milk (you can use oat milk or dairy milk if you want!)
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
If you want, you can also add protein powder so you'll be full a little longer! And if you don't like blueberries, you can use another kind of frozen fruit!
