Sean's POV
I was lost in my own thoughts as Gabe held Eveleen in his arms. They didn't speak to each other, he just comforted her. I watched his hand rub along her thigh as if drawing something. It reminded me of when Victor would tap out tunes on Sang's body when he held her. When I heard Eveleen's gasp, I looked where her hand was and saw a stunning flower tattoo form on her leg. When Gabe touched the spot it suddenly burst into color.
"What the hell?" I cried out, jumping up from my seat. Everyone quickly crowded around looking at her leg. I noticed the tattoo looked as if it had been there for a while. There was no redness or swelling, but I knew it had just appeared. I started to ask either of them for an explanation but watched in fascination as they seemed to have a silent conversation. It was different from the unspoken conversations my brothers and I would have. This seemed like they were actually talking telepathically.
In typical North fashion, he yelled, "Is anyone going to explain what just happened?"
Gabriel's response was typical, but what he did next surprised us all. "Oy! You're ruining my moment here, North!" Then he pulled Eveleen against him and kissed the daylights out of her.
Like my brothers, I stood there dumbfounded. In less than forty-eight hours, our entire world seems to have been turned upside down. I looked at the woman in Gabe's arms and wondered how many more secrets were we going to uncover. She was going to bring change to our lives that's for sure. The only question is will it be for the better or not?
