"The other Halloween Steering Committee also helps us in preparing all these too." Vil added. "I'm glad you guys are the Halloween Steering Committee of this year."

"Aww~ How sweet." Y/n couldn't help but smile.

"..... Because, you have have fulfilled your role in making my beauty stand our even more." Y/n blinked.

"I still stand by my statement." Y/n mumbled.

"Vil, do you have to say that now~!?" Cater couldn't help but get a little flustered.

"Fufufu. It's my honor." Jade laughed lightly.

"TRICK OR TREAT!" The crowd of people cheered on as Y/n laughed, seeing her friends shower them with sweets and smiles.

"Boo! Instead of giving you candy, I'll play a trick in you~" Epel giggled lightly.

"Gao! We still have a lot of candy. Let's enjoy this together." Jack said with a big smile on his face, his tail wagging from side to side. He and Epel are definitely enjoying their time.

"HAPPY HALLOWEEN!"

"Boo! Please enjoy Halloween to the depths of your heart." Azul said with a charming smile. A few girls in the crowd swooned

"Happy Halloween! Please enjoy Halloween to the last!" Deuce cheerfully said. Not as confident as Azul, but he's doing his best.

"... Happy Halloween. I'm glad to see everyone is having fun with this." They don't see it but Idia was smiling underneath that helmet of his.

Heeheehee. Happy Halloween!" The Ramshackle Ghosts greeted everyone with goofy smiles and laughs.

"Fufufu! Happy Halloween! GAO!" Y/n couldn't help herself and join in with the others as the Parade was coming to it's end.

"The parade is ending soon." Jade muttered.

"Hmm? Where are we heading to?" Grim asked.

"Isn't it obvious?" Vil smirked.

"What is waiting for us on the last day of Halloween~!" Cater chimed in.

"Ah! I-It's-!" Grim stuttered out.

"That's right!" Cater grinned.

"IT'S THE PARTY!" The Ramshackle Residents cheered out excitedly, even Y/n couldn't wait for the Party.

"Eh. Testing 1 2 3, testing 1 2 3..." Crowley tapped on a Microphone as he cleared his throat. "Ahem! All the customers that came to visit our campus, let's celebrate this wonderful night together.... Thank you for taking part in the Halloween party of Night Raven Collage!" The Visitors cheered, shouting 'Happy Halloween' on the top of their lungs. "The Halloween Steering Committee will be greeting you guys. The Chairman of the Halloween Steering Committee, Vil Shöenheit."

"Yes." Vil took the mic from Crowley and soon stand before the crowd of people and students. He saw Y/m giving a supportive thumbs up at him as he cleared his throat.

"Look! He looks so proud. So handsome!" Kalim chuckled.

"Fufu. Even his makeup is different than the usual too. Let's stay quiet, the speech is about to start soon." Azul muttered out.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, good evening. Welcome to Night Raven Collage." Vil started as everyone grew quiet so Vil could be heard. "As you know.... Halloween is an important event for our Campus. I hope these seven days bring joy and excitement for you. Which Dorm has the most scary, beautiful and fun decorations? ..... Well, it's obvious that Pomefiore is the best among the others." The people laughed lightly by Vil's statement. But some.... Didn't agree all that much.

"Ah sugar." Y/n huffed out as she quickly covered her ears as a crowd of people booed loudly.

"Savanaclaw is definitely the best." Leona growled out.

"That's not fair, he's using this advantage to advertise his dorm! Diasomnia is the best!" Sebek shouted with a huff.

"Hey! Be quiet!" Crowley shouted but it wasn't cutting through very well. A sharp whistle was heard as everyone turned silent.

"Vil, please continue." Y/n said, gesturing towards Vil to continue his speech.

"Thank you." Vil nodded towards Y/n with a smile. "We are able to celebrate this wonderful night... It's all thanks to your support. Humans, Orcs, Mermaids, Fairies, Owls and Ghosts..... We all can celebrate Halloween together. Please enjoy this party to the fullest. Have you all received a glass? Alright then.... Let's celebrate this wonderful night! ...... Happy Halloween!"

"HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!" Glasses clink together as laughter soon was heard all over.

"Ffgna! There's so much food I've never seen before!" Grin beamed in delight, not knowing which food to eat first. "I want to eat it all~~!

"Honey Roasted Peanuts! Chocolate covered almonds! Sugar coated cashew nuts!" Hooty hooted out as he took a peck from each nut available, along side Owlbert.

"Hey, customers first!" Ace huffed out.

"Don't worry, there's still many left." Deuce chuckled out, reassuringly.

"THEN I'LL DIG IN TOO!" Sebek grinned, grabbing a plate and filling it up with food.

"Ah, I was about to eat that too! Remember to leave some for us since you're a big eater." Ace growled out, grabbing himself a plate of food.

"It looks so fun.... Guess I'll ask my brother to make a supply mouth attachment for me next time." Ortho said, scanning through the tables and tables of food.

"Idia can make anything...." Jack muttered out.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure I finished your meal too!" Grim said, about to get the food off of Jack's plate until he turned to the others who were in their Ceremonial Robes "..... Hmm? Aren't you guys wearing the costume just now?"

"'You can only wear this costume for the shows, it's not a problem if you see it far, but if you look closely, the sewing will look so bad....'" Ace quoted. "'We can't let the guests see this. Remember to change your clothes after the show!' ....... That's what Vil said. He takes the costumes back with a scary face."

"But still, I'm surprised that he could finish the costumes for all the students in such a short amount of time." Jack muttered out.

"Many of the Residents are thankful for Vil for introducing this island.... They volunteer to help Vil on making the costumes. We couldn't have done this all by ourselves." Epel explained. "We have to do their measurements and select the right fabrics... It's really tough."

"You did a great job...." The First Years muttered out gratefully.

"Ah, but it's worth doing all this! Thank you everyone." Epel gave a bow. "The Halloween of Night Raven Collage is really fun!"

"Yeah. It's my first time spending this time of Halloween.... I mean, in many ways." Deuce said, looking over Y/n who is talking with her Ghostly Family with a smile.
