Everyone finished clearing up after dinner.

"Debbie, carl go shower and then bed please" Fiona said "oh and Steve can you go and put Liam in bed please, thanks" she added going and kissing them on the cheek. Steve and Fiona were so good together. 

"Then Lip and Ian can you go shower too once the kids are done" 

Fiona already let me have a shower earlier when I first got back from the hospital.

Debbie and Carl ran upstairs and me lip and Ian went and sat on the sofa.

"you okay sleeping in my bed again tonight Millie?" Ian turned and asked me 

"er yeah that's fine" I replied 

"hey keep it PG you two, I don't want to be waking up to be an aunt" Fiona shouted from the kitchen 

"no worries" Ian shouted back 

Lip went in the shower then went over to Karen's. 

I was sat on Ian's bed waiting for him to get out of the shower when he came in the door in just his underwear and with his hair all wet.  I stood up off of his bed and smiled a little and raised my eyebrows looking at him

"what you smiling at" he said looking over at me 

"nothing" I answered and then I turned around but he grabbed me and turned me back around to face him.

"so what were you telling Lip earlier about how you feel about me"

"oh I was just telling him how annoying and ugly you are" I said sarcastically

"oh my lord" he also replied also sarcastically 

we both started laughing, then we just got lost in each others eyes like we did earlier on today and time has stopped around us once more.

Ian grabbed my hips and pulled me close to him then he finally brushed his lips against mine, I felt his tongue interlock with my own as he moved his hands further up my body now cupping my cheeks. Then he pushed me onto his bed while our tongues were still fighting for dominance.

we heard carl start moving about in his bed. Ian immediately stopped still and held his hand over my mouth while looking back to see if carl was still asleep. Thankfully he was. 

Ian took his hand off of my mouth and we both laughed a little, quietly 

"god you don't realise how long I have wanted to do that for" he whispered 

I just smiled 

We laid in bed and he had his arm around be holding me close to him. I could feel his body pressed against mine. Then I finally drifted off to sleep. 

The next morning we woke up and Ian pulled a shirt on and then we went downstairs for breakfast. 

"morning you two" Fiona said 

"morning" we both replied sitting at the table with Carl, Debbie and Lip. 

"how's your face feeling Millie" Lip asked me 

"much better than yesterday" I smiled 

"so are you two a couple now" Fiona asked sitting down at the table with  cup of coffee 

"no, just friends" Ian replied and I nodded 

"yeah friends who kiss each other in their underwear like they were last night" carl said with a smirk

Me and Ian immediately stopped eating looked at each other shocked and everyone went silent. Shit, we thought Carl was asleep.

"right Debbie, Carl school please" Fiona said getting up and changing the subject
