Mickey and Ian meet years after breaking up in season 5. Mickey didn't go to prison in season five they only broke up. This story is based around the time of season 9. So Mickey and Ian have been broken up roughly 4 years. Now Mickey has a daughter, Carmen who is one year old at the start of this story. Carmen is what was missing in their lives all along. Carmens mother is not a character in this story but she is very briefly mentioned. They barley talk or see each other same with her brother and her sister is rarely home. She has brown hair and blue eyes, she is 17, She works at Kash N' Grab with her Best friend Ian job which means she pays the bills for the house. That she basically lives alone in she has two best friends Mandy Milkovich and Ian Gallagher. She did have a boyfriend but he cheated on her with some south side slut. She likes Mandy's brother Mickey who is the bad boy and thug of south side. They get involved with each other and people try to tear them apart. Even when Mickey ends up in Juvie twice. Maybe everything will work out for them or maybe it won't who knows.

Taking a break from their night drive to Mexico, the Shameless boys decide to pull over at a field to rest for a few minutes.
