17- Planet H-57

Nova's POV:
For once in my life Leo and Kaden weren't waiting for me with open arms, which felt strange since i was so used to them always greeting me and providing me with commentary on my actions.

I had snuck out of my sleeping quarters to wake Leo and Kaden up.

"Nova?" Leo had rubbed his eyes. "The hell you doing here at this hour?"

"Annoying the fuck out of you and Kaden so the usual" I joked.

"Shhh they'll hear you" whispered Kaden.

"Yall I had my first day of training!" I told them.

"That's great" Kaden rubbed his eyes. "But while you're out there playing hide the salami with Darth Vader we're stuck waking up at ungodly hours to do maintenance work"

My face fell.

"Damn you're starting to sound like Leo" I responded. "And for your information Darth Vader and I have NOT played hide the salami"

"Hey I didn't say that" Leo argued back.

"Yet!" Kaden repsonded. "Sorry I'm just tired" he was rubbing his temples.

"Something on your mind?" I asked him.

Leo shrugged and Kaden shook his head.

"It's just..." Kaden trailed off. "Are you sure becoming a Sith Lord is the right thing? I mean think of morals" he had hesitated when he said that.

"Morals? Moral compass? Buddy to me that's north south East and West" I laughed. "Besides with my past dont you think it's a bit too late for me to even consider if I even have a moral compass?"

I gave them both a big hug.

"Okay well goodnight you guys" I told them before heading back to my sleeping quarters.

I may have laughed it off but I took a moment to consider what Kaden had said.

My body was paralyzed. I felt like I was no longer a part of reality. In my mind I saw Kaden and Leo but they were crying for help. And then in an instant they were dead.

I sat up in my bed, sweating and hyperventilating. Leo and Kaden were nowhere in sight and I was in my dark little depressing excuse for sleeping quarters.

Maybe if I had the sith power I could stop that vision from happening and I could save my friends.

The next morning I was met with a rude awakening. Several stormtroopers escorted me out of my sleeping area and next thing you know I was standing beside Darth Vader and Darth sidious on one of several smaller ships that had departed the cruiser towards this planet.

The two of them stood in silence as I turned to them both in an attempt to break the silence.

"So uh planet H-57 huh?" I raised my eyebrows.

They both glanced at me and back to the front of the ship.

All I did was make it more awkward. Good job Nova. No Sith Lord or apprentice would act that way. After all I'm Darth.... Something?

Darth Nova? Nah I didn't like the sound of that.

Ooh I got it.

Darth Cherry. I liked the sound of that. The what it sounded in my mind was sheer perfection.

The ship we were on had finally landed on the planet, along with our stormtroopers. There were so many of them they were like a parasite. Well a good one though, after all they were on our side.

Vader and I had made our way off the ship while Sidious had stayed behind.

"If you don't mind me asking," I turned to Vader. "Why are we invading this planet?l

"My apprentice they have not paid their dues." Responded Vader. "Once we establish control here there will be peace once again. They will become part of the empire."

"So let's punish them" I smirked. He nodded with approval.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw some people evading our stormtroopers. Tapping Vader on the shoulder I pointed to those people. Some of them had sticks and pitchforks and a few of them blasters.

"We must capture them before conducting diplomatic relations with the planets leaders" he responded.

"Diplomatic relations? I thought we just took what we want by force!" I responded.

"Precisely" he responded and we made our way over to the people who had escaped. Or attempted to.

"Keep an eye on them. Meet me at the castle with these prisoners. " Vader told me as he disappeared around the corner.

"Ooookay" i responded. I turned to see about 5 or 6 villagers. Some of them scared some of them who looked like they were about to fight me.

"Your hair looks so fake. There's no way that shits real!" Joked one of those people. I turned to see myself face to face with a woman not much younger than myself, who had long flowy light blonde hair and a smirk on her face that I planned to wipe off.

With two swift movements of my hand and my lightsaber I managed to chop off most of her har and her her left leg in the process.

"Speaking of fake you're probably going to need a fake leg" I laughed as the rest of the people started shaking.

"You know what the stormtroopers say- Resistance is punishable by death!" I shrugged. "Now follow me unless you want to lose more limbs friends!"

Happily skipping in front of these prisoners for a few streets was not what I had expected from a planetary invasion. I beckoned a few stormtroopers to come my way as backup.

I turned to the prisoners.

"Only one who'll be playing games here is me"
