11 - Im Crazy but you Like That

Nova's POV:
Again? It's like the second time he had wanted to see me within the week. I swear, if someone had blamed that stupid food fight on me I would throw hands because this shit wasn't my fault.

"I swear I didn't start the food fight!" I immediately defended myself the moment I walked in.

"I know," he started.

"Then why am I here?" I asked

"Dont think I forgot about the bucket and mop incident. I know everything. I see everything."

I rolled my eyes at that one because it's such a stupid reason to be called up here.

"Why do you keep getting yourself in trouble? Even after my warning" he asked. I didn't wanna admit I actually enjoyed his presence and the feeling of danger as it gave me a rush. That with the hint of mystery but I kept my mouth shut about that.

"I guess I'm not very good at following rules" I responded, batting my eyes in a playful manner.

That must've angered him because next thing you know my body was slammed into the wall and I was being held in a force chokehold. My body was paralyzed with fear as he kept me in this chokehold and approached me.

"Who do you think you are?!" He yelled.

Even though I was barely able to breathe, him holding me in a chokehold sparked a bit of excitement in me. Finally he had released me, causing my body to collapse to the ground.

"Next time I won't let you off so easily" he said.

"Then don't" I looked up at his figure towering over me. "Jokes on you I was into that" I gave him a wink.

Not sure what came over me but he sure as hell wasn't expecting that. He took several steps backing away from me. I must've thrown him off guard.

"Y-you need to leave!" He stuttered as he yelled at me.

I have never heard an all powerful man stutter in my presence before. I bet he was flustered under that helmet of his.

Stormtroopers had escorted me back to the general area where my friends were along with the other prisoners.

My little friend group ran up to me enveloping me in a hug.

"What happened?" Asked Kaden.

Leo took one look at me and raised his eyebrows.

"Nova..." he started. "What happened?"

"I uh," my face became more red than a goddamn tomato. "May have gotten put in a force chokehold by Darth Vader himself"

"Are you okay?" Asked Aldeena.

"I um may have told him I was into that" I said that really fast hoping my friends wouldn't hear it and brush it aside. I was a little embarrassed to admit what I had said.

"You what?!" Yelled Leo. "Why-"

My friends seemed confused and concerned.

"He then told me to leave so here I am" I shrugged.

"I'm not even jealous at this point Nova" Leo shook his head. "You literally just flirted with Darth fucking Vader. At this point I'm convinced you're just blatantly stupid"

"I actually think that the whole situation is impressive. She had done that and still returned here, alive" responded Kaden.

"You clearly have a type. It always been bounty hunters or crime syndicate leaders or members that's you've had your eye on" said Leo.

"And then there was you" Kaden joked. Leo punched him in the arm.

"What can I say? I like a man with a bit of power" I shrugged. "It's almost... intoxicating" I looked off in the distance, starting to daydream about Darth Vader. I always wondered what he looked like with his helmet off. And his cape. And his clothes...

"Earth to Nova!" Said Kaden as he started shaking me by grabbing my shoulders.

"I'm here I'm here!" I immediately snapped out of my daydream.

"Bounty hunters and people who have ties to crime syndicates are one thing but a fucking Sith Lord is different!" Leo threw his arms up in the air in defeat. "I know it's not my place to really judge your decisions but please be careful"

"Relax. I'll be fine" I told him, knowing I was probably diving head first into a raging dumpster fire.
