Mariano catch-up

When you're sick:

-He's clueless, but he has the spirit to help.

-He consults Dolores to see how he can make you feel better.

When someone flirts with you:

-He catches on immediately.

-This dude sees right through people's very souls sometimes.

-He stands very close to you, holding your hand and watching the flirt intently for any funny business.

-If any funny business is given, he clears his throat awkwardly, wordlessly telling them that, hey, you're taken.

When you're mad at him:

-He begins thinking as hard as he can for anything he did to upset you, complete with chin tapping and pacing.

-The pacing annoys Dolores, so she asks what's wrong.

-He explains that you're mad at him, and she tells him why

-(How does she know, you ask? Because Dolores, that's how.)

-He goes right over to you and passionately swears to make things right.

When you hug him from behind:

-You did it while he was writing, so he was caught completely off guard.

-He jumps a little, then begins laughing out of embarrassment.

-"Hi"

When he's mad at you:

-I don't think Mariano is physically or emotionally capable of getting angry.

When you're taller than him:

-Actually, when you met one of the first things he said to you was, "Wow. You're very tall."

-He's normally amazing with words, but your mere tallness flustered him to the point of dumber sentences.

When he catches you staring at him:

-He pauses, smiles at you, and waves.

-Then he goes back to what he was doing.

When you're cold:

-He gives you a hug, wrapping his arms around you as much as he can.

-"Good thing I'm here!"

You give him a surprise kiss:

-He tils his head at you, confused but smiling.

-"Thanks, amor—what was that for?"

You tell him he's cute:

-This man straight up giggles and blushes.

-He begins playing with his hair, looking away from you.

-"Oh. Well—you're dazzling."

He hears you sing:
