⁰² the truth bomb

Bumblebee still holding the limp human spots a sun lounger beside the pool. He gently places her on the chair. Ratchet quickly tapped the side of his arm and a neon, green light scans her body. Setting back the green light, he looked at whatever came up on, before looking at his team.

"The human femme is fine, just experienced a vasovagal syncope." Aria slightly moves which catches the attention of others. There was a moment of silence as the bots watched her slowly wake up from her unconscious state.

She rubs her eyes tiredly, momentarily forgetting that she's surrounded by giant robot beings. She froze motionlessly for a second before looking at seven, electric blue glowing eyes looking at her. She yelps as she grabs the closest thing to defend herself with which was unfortunately a pool noodle lying around. She points the flimsy pool noodle at them, slightly tightening her grip on the thick polyethylene foam.

All the Autobots stare at the frightened female holding a long, colorful contraption in her hands as if it was a weapon towards them. " Whoa easy, we are not going to hurt you lil lady" Aria looks up at the silver bots wearing tinted visors, holding his hands up reassuring her that they pose no threat,  which made her slightly loosen the pool noodle and drop it to her side.

" I'm facing the Autobots from the movie I just watched a few seconds ago, please tell me if I'm dreaming" the rest of the Autobots look at her confused at her ramble.

" You're not dreaming femme and what do you mean movie? " Sunstreaker narrows his optics at the human femme.

Aria gulps, " Perhaps we should discuss this inside," she suggested, which Optimus agreed with. She begins to walk back but stops at the sound of machines clicking and wiring, her mouth drops at the human heights of the Autobots. They were almost a little bit taller than Aria, maybe a foot taller as she was 170 centimeters tall. Optimus explained that they can alter their forms which she didn't question any further.

She let them into her home while the Autobots were in awe, the inside of the mansion was beautiful and stylish. She led them into the living room where they all took place as they sat or stood around in the room. Aria excused herself as she headed towards the kitchen and filled the kettle with water, she needed something to drink to calm her nerves.

Aria being mentally exhausted was a massive understatement for her. She managed to get all the Autobots in the small living room, where they were patiently waiting for her. She was glad that she was home alone today and that her pet husky is at the vet's for a couple of days. The whistling of the kettle brought her back to reality which she poured the hot water into the ceramic mug and plopped the teabag in.

She walked into the living room where the rest were and sat at her favorite armchair. As the silence continued to grow, Sun Hee pinched the bridge of her nose in tiredness as fatigue was slowly swelling up in her brain. She could feel the slight headache building up, from tonight which she subtly glanced at the bots.

Ironhide had a stoic expression while leaning against the wall. Bumblebee slightly fidgeted nervously from the noticed mood crammed in the living room while Jazz, Sideswipe, and Sunstreaker were sitting on the three seat sofa, looking at the decors around them. Ratchet and Optimus were calm and collected, as they were stuck in their profound thoughts about the predicament they were in.

Aria deeply sighed which caught the attention of the other bots, Optimus broke his train of thoughts from her weary sigh and glanced at her. She brought the ceramic mug to her pink, dainty lips and let the warm liquid soothe her throat, hoping it would calm her nerves. Now she had everyone's attention while she gulped her drink and gently placed her cup down, the only noise was the light clink from the mug being placed down on the wooden table.

There was a heavy silence between them. It was painfully awkward for her since she was stuck in a room of alien robots with so many questions and thoughts spinning in her head.

Optimus noticed her nervousness which he decided to start the conversation to address the elephant in the room. " I apologize on behalf of the Autobots for frightening you. It must've been unnerving being put in this situation miss..." his calm baritone voice soothed her a bit and she slowly nodded. " I'm okay now and my name is Aria Kim."

She gave a small smile to reassure the Autobot leader but confusion spread across her face. " How did all of you end up here?". That made the rest frown on that question, after a second of silence the Autobot medic hesitantly answered.

" I believe it was Shockwaves' attempt to create a space ground bridge. We were informed that Shockwave was trying to create a way of transporting to Cybertron, however, when the team got there, the machine malfunctioned which must've created a dimension pocket which unfortunately all of us were caught in the vortex" Ratchet emphasizes the Autobots as he ends his explanation and looks at her.

Ironhide spoke up which made Aria slightly jump from his immediate presence. " You knew that we were Autobots, of which only a few selected people know our identity. Care to explain"

She sheepishly rubs her neck avoiding everyone's eye contact. " Umm don't freak out but you guys are characters from a movie I watched " she mumbled but everyone heard loud and clear.

"  WHAT?! "

A/N: So the second chapter is done :)

Should I write the next chapter based on the Autobot's reaction that they are fictional characters and them picking their rooms in the mansion?

I'm still open to suggestions and ideas for this story, comment on what you guys want for this story.
