Karina twirled a string of her ponytail, "The eyes--what would cause something like that?"

The man stuttered, "Well, uh capillaries can burst. See a lot of bloodshot eyes with stroke victims."

Dean asked, "Yeah, you ever see exploding eyeballs?"

"That's my first for me. But, hey, I'm not the doctor."

"Think, can we take a look at the police report? You know for our paper?"

"I'm not really supposed to show you that."

Karina walked over to him and pulled something from her chest. It was eight twenties. The boys' eyes widened at what she was giving him. Sam pat his pockets to search his wallet including Dean's poker money. They were cleared. Dean's face turned to anger and Sam was impressed by her slick hands.

The man smiled at her while she flirted and smiled at him. He grabbed the report beside him and gave it to her, as she traded him for money. Karina gave it to the boys, and they checked the report. While they were informed, they gave it back to the man.

Karina smiled at him, "Thank you."

"So what are you going to do to make it worthwhile?"

Karina whispered something in his ear, while he was smiling. Sam and Dean shared a look. The man's smile turns to disgust, "Oh my god!! You're such a freak!! Get out of here!!"

Karina walked away and the boys followed her. She chuckled her way out, and Dean hit her arm. "Dude, I earned that money."

Karina rolled her eyes, "It was poker money. You'll live." Karina showed the wallet and gave it to Sam, "Here you go."

As he received his wallet back from her hand, Sam asked Karina, "Wait, wait, what did you whisper to him?"

"One word: Necrophilia."

They all laughed. When they were heading down the stairs, Karina asked them. "So what did you guys find in the report?"

"There's nothing supernatural in there. Might not be one of ours. Might be some freak medical thing."

"Please don't tell me that I flirted with that guy for nothing."

Dean pointed them out, "Hold that thought. Let me ask you this, Sammy. How many times in Dad's long and varied career has it actually been a freak medical thing and not some sign of an awful supernatural death?"

"Almost never."

"Exactly."

Karina sighed in relief, "All right, boys, let's go talk to the daughter."

The trio entered the funeral of the shoemaker. They all see the attendees wearing black clothes of suits and dresses, and Dean turns to them, "Feels like we're underdressed."

Karina was still wearing black along with her leather black jacket and black pants. She gets Dean's point. They all continued walking toward the back, just to find the daughter.

After they asked for help, a man guided them to her location in the backyard with her friends. As they approached them, Dean asked if she was Donna. She said yes.

"Hi, uh-- we're really sorry."

"Thank you."

"I'm Sam. This is Karina and Dean. We worked with your dad."

She shared a look with her friend who was comforting her. Then she looked back at them, "You did?"

Dean replied, "Yeah. This whole thing-- I mean a stroke."
