-GEORGE's POV-
The two of us were seated on opposite sides of the couch. Mae clicked her pen as she held up her clipboard. Her eyes darted between the two of us and the distance between us.

MAE:
"Start from the beginning."

I looked up at her while clenching my jaw.

GEORGE:
"Hunter came after me again...I killed him."

Mae's eyes widened, "Okay..."

GEORGE:
"It was self defense."

MAE:
"Where'd you shoot him?" She wrote something down.

GEORGE:
"The head..."

Mae raised her eyebrows.

-DREAM's POV-
That's when I realized.

George was excellent at shooting the gun on the target. He aimed for Hunter's head on purpose to instantly kill him.

I breathed out nervously as I shifted in the seat.

"God, I hope Mae can fix this..." I thought with a frown.

MAE:
"Okay, what happened after that?"

George sighed while crossing his arms.

GEORGE:
"I took his gun."

MAE:
"Why?"

GEORGE:
"For self defense in case any other fucker gets ideas." He spoke lowly.

MAE:
"Do you know anyone who would try to harm you?" She wrote something down.

GEORGE:
"I don't think so." He mumbled.

MAE:
"So you're afraid strangers will?"

George sighed.

GEORGE:
"Hunter was a stranger once too." He clenched his jaw tighter while keeping his gaze on her.

MAE:
"Okay. So, what happened next?"

George shifted in his seat.

GEORGE:
"Dream and I went to the mall and I saw this stupid brown haired, brown eyed fucker following us. It turned out he was a fan."

MAE:
"Okay." She nodded.

GEORGE:
"When he caught up with us..." he sighed while rubbing his temple, "I pulled the gun on him...he explained what he was doing so I lowered it..."

I frowned, I could tell he regretted what he did.

MAE:
"And after that?"

GEORGE:
"Ask Dream." He rolled his eyes.

I sighed nervously.

DREAM:
"After that, I went off on him about carrying Hunter's gun around. He said it makes him feel safe since I apparently don't anymore." I raised my eyebrows.

GEORGE:
"That's not what I said." He raised his voice.

MAE:
"Alright." She interrupted.

The two of us looked back at her as we sighed.

MAE:
"So George, the fan triggered you because he had dark hair and dark eyes like Hunter?"

GEORGE:
"Yeah." He shrugged.

Mae lightly smiled then she grabbed something out of her purse.

MAE:
"Open it and tell me what you see, George."

His eyebrows squished together then he opened it to reveal a mirror. He looked himself in it.

GEORGE:
"I see myself cause it's a mirror."
