TRIGGER WARNING!!

Veins nearly ripped out the cold layers of skin as he gripped the steering wheel. Tonight felt like a failure- he killed a man but still hasn't found Alora. His jaw clenched tight like chains. What is next to do? Axel was in deep thought; He's never been in a situation like this before. Deep waves of water, why did Alora even want to go to the beach that night?

Axel nearly crashed his car into his gate when he finally was drawn back into reality and quickly turned the steering wheel to safety. Axel drove into his driveway and parked his car before exiting his vehicle.

When he entered through the front door all eyes were on him. The team surrounded a couple of search and rescue members and a couple of officers. There was a bucket resting on the floor. Axel shut his front door slowly allowing himself to adjust. He was thankful no blood got on him from the killing of the paparazzi.

"Now that everyone's here–why don't you share your findings?" Manuel said breaking the silence

Axel stood at the empty space where everyone else was; completing the circle.

One of the search and rescue men cleared his throat before speaking.

"We found a couple of items" One of the men said

"What? Items? Did you find Alora?" Axel asked

"No" The other men said in a shallow voice

"So why are you here then? You didn't find what we're looking for?!" Axel yelled

Manuel gripped Axel's arm as a warning to keep composure. Axel looked over at his father before pulling his arm away aggressively.

"We understand your frustration, we're used to those reactions. We must update whenever we find something." The other man said

"What did you find?" Cedric asked

"We found her sweater, it was in pretty deep water. It was just floating around underwater. We have evidence that she did go through the current, the sweater was floating away from the direction." He said pulling out the damp material from the bucket

"That doesn't mean anything for sure. What if she just threw her sweater in the water or something?" Lilith said trying to sound hopeful

"You could be right but we did talk to her therapist and got a lot of more information to piece together what might have happened the night she went missing." The police officer said

"Therapist?!" Axel questioned

Lilith rolled her eyes

"She went to her first therapy appointment, Mr.Runaway. I went there with her, which you were supposed to do!" Lilith said with annoyance

Axel swallowed the lump forming in his throat he felt more guilt than ever. How could he do that to Alora?

"Yes her therapist, She explained a lot- Alora's body movements, her words and everything."

"Can you please just get to the main point?" Axel said cutting off the cop

"Can you please just have patience?" Lilith said mocking him

"We have enough evidence and information to confirm this case a suicide" The officer said

"What?!" Axel yelled out

"She was feeling very stressed out and her medical condition didn't make things any more helpful. She explained to the therapist that she felt lost and out of luck and as a result she didn't know how to continue on her own along with her baby." The cop read out loud

Manuel flared his nose angrily

"Are you sure she said all of this?!" He asked

"Yes, these are the exact notes from the therapist she just gave us a copy and showed us how Alora was acting." The cop explained

"What makes you so sure that it's a suicide?" Axel asked angrily

"Pregnant women stress way more when pregnant as told you and your girlfriend went separate ways for a few weeks. This could have caused stress and also separation anxiety which lead to her final decisions. She chose a calm place to end it all as well. The beach and we found her sweater which was afloat. We currently haven't found her body or anything at all as of yet but we will continue to search unless you request to call off the search." The cop said

"I can't believe this" Axel said

The room fell quiet as everyone bit on their tears.

"We'll be on our way now but call us if anything is needed." The officer said before leaving with the rest

Axel locked the door and slid down against it to the floor. His face buried between his knees as he cried silently.

"I don't wanna have to bury them. I don't wanna have to bury all the memories" He cried

The team shook their heads and tried to comfort him. It was silent but the company soothed the shock a bit. Manuel paced back and force while thinking to himself.

"How do I even break the news to the Gravano's. They've been looking for their daughter for decades now" Manuel said

"I can't sit here. I gotta find her." Axel said standing up

He quickly unlocked the door and ran outside to his car before driving off.

"Axel!" Cedric yelled out

"I refuse to go after him again. He's going on a spiral." Lilith said

"I gotta go after him." Cedric said

"Fine but be careful Ced" Lilith said

Cedric rushed to his car and drove off trying to locate Axel's car. He finally saw the customised black car ahead and Cedric knew exactly where Axel was heading to; the beach.

"Sh*t sh*t" Cedric cursed under his breath

Axel was way up ahead and there were cars separating the two. Cedric was determined to catch up to him before it was too late.
