this book has extremely toxic and dark behaviour mixed with extreme kinks that some may be confused about. people have been commenting on the way max treats aria but the idea of the book is to mix real life situations with some crazy gang shit. it's more thorns than roses and more sexual than romantic.

I have a severe maladaptive day dreaming disorder which i have in exchange for childhood trauma. I pictured their relationship in my head for around a year and a half before my therapist told me to write down every crazy thing i think of.

That's why it may seem so fucked up at times.
