"What we gon' do bout the Kelo situation?" Zay asked as we all sat in the living room of the trap

Since the last hit , we been tryna find him but he been MIA for the longest. I didn't give a fuck how or when, but I knew I wanted that nigga gone

"Shit, all we can do is wait until Money get a location on him. It might take a while but we gon' get him" KB said looking between all of us

Me and Kelo beef started when his pops killed my pops. That nigga used to be like a brother to me, my best friend at that. When that shit happened I grew a lot of hatred for him, not cause it was his fault but because all along he knew that his pops had money on mine

I ended up getting even and taking his pop's life a couple months after my father's funeral. Even though I thought I would find peace, I never did and I knew I wasn't gon get any if I didn't deal with Kelo too

"I just need y'all niggas to keep y'all eyes open, cause he might do some shit under our noses quick. We gotta be ready for anything" I said in a serious tone looking at all them

"Fasho" They all said in unison nodding their heads my way

I nodded back as the conversation began to shift to another topic

"Say Keem, what you and lil C got going on man" Money smirked looking over at me

Smacking my lips, I shifted a little bit looking him. "Ain't shit going on nigga, what made you ask me that?"

"Cause I seen y'all outside talking the other day, the way you grabbed her didn't seem like nothing my nigga" Money laughed as Zay mouth opened in shock

"You feeling my friend?" Zay squealed like a lil girl making us straight-face him

"Y'all niggas nosey as fuck, ain't nothing going on we just best friends as she call it" I spoke in a serious tone as they started laughing making me flick them off

"All I'm gon' say is y'all only knew each other for almost 2 months not that long. You don't know too much bout her and she just got out a situation. Move with caution man" KB said as he pulled out his phone looking at a notification

"Nina bout to pull up with her friends, y'all niggas down?" KB asked typing on his phone making us nod

"Hell yeah, Nina friends bad as fuck" Zay said as he stood up walking to the kitchen
-
Nina and her friends Tamia, ZaKiya, and Malaysia pulled up a hour or two later

We all sat in the living room smoking and listening to music as we shared a small conversation

"Hey you with the black shirt, what's your name I don't wanna be rude" The light skin girl with blonde hair asked

I looked up at her with low eyes licking my lips before answering her. "Keem"

"Well Keem, do y'all have a bottle of water?" The girl spoke

I nodded my head getting up as she got up following behind me to the kitchen. I walked to the refrigerator and got a bottle of water out handing it to her.

"Thank you, I'm Malaysia or Lay by the way" She smiled looking at me

"No problem Malaysia" I smirked getting ready to leave out the kitchen

"Wait, why you leavin' so fast?" She asked raising an eyebrow at me

"What you mean?" I said slightly scrunching my face up

"Look, I'm not even gon' sugar coat nothing with you. I like how chill and laid back you are maybe we can get to know each other better if you don't mind" Malaysia said looking at me

"I guess" I chuckled

"Are you always like this?" She laughed looking at me

"Like what ma?" I licked my lips continuing to look at her making her blush a little

"Laid back and nonchalant" She shrugged looking away a little bit

"Yeah but ima tell you like this, if you wanna talk to me look at me. Don't look off from me" I said grabbing her chin making her look at me

"I-I'm just you know" She shyly laughed playing with the bottle of water

"You just what?" I asked

"Nervous, you making me nervous right now" She smiled at me

No lie I was high, but shawty was bad as fuck. Her appearance looked so good and the way she approached me let me know that she was bold. You can tell from her demeanor that she didn't take shit from nobody at all and I was feeling it

"Ain't no need to be nervous" I chuckled keeping my eyes on her

"You from round here, cause you got a heavy ass accent" I said as my high clearly showed through my eyes

"No, I'm from New York but I moved out here to Georgia a while ago" She said shifting her weight on her left leg

I nodded. "I could tell"

We talked for a little while longer before deciding to go back in the living room. Everyone looked back at us with funny looks

"Bitch you was in there being grown?" Tamia asked laughing while looking at Malaysia

Malaysia mugged her. "No Tamia, mind yours"

She looked down at her phone when it went off making it clear that she had a text message. I watched her type for a few minutes before grabbing her purse

"Nina, ZaKiya, and Tamia. I gotta go my brother want me to do something for him" Malaysia said getting ready to walk towards the door but stopped

"Oh Keem, maybe we can go out sometime. Put your number in here" She said as she handing me her phone

I put my number in before eyeing her giving it back

"Just hit me up" I spoke leaning against the couch

"Ok, bye see y'all later" She said before walking out the door

"Y'all hoes ain't gon leave with y'all friend, cause ian dropping nobody off" Zay said taking a pull from his blunt

"Nigga shut the fuck up" Nina groaned mushing his head

"Im just saying, if y'all ain't got gas money find a way home shawty" He continued making us laugh as the girls mugged him

"Boy fuck you" ZaKiya said rolling her eyes

"When?" Zay mumbled making us laugh again

All while they was talking I couldn't keep my mind off Malaysia. She was different to me and that was something that I felt myself liking for some reason.
