Mistake

Rue, Elliott and I sat in the room for a while till Rue had recovered form her near fatal overdose. "Should we maybe go get some air?" I asked standing up from the floor.

"Yeah I'll come" Elliott smiled as he stood up next to me, as Rue got up and walked out the door first leading the way out. "Wait" he pulled be back to face him looking down at me.

"What?" I giggled feeling slightly nervous. His face was so close to mine and I felt in that moment it all felt right.

"It might not have been good that Rie and I met but I'm glad we did" he said and that made me blush bright red. I could feel my face heating up as I let a small smile spread across my face. He moved closer to me and I let our lips brush against each other for a second till reality hit and I pulled away.

"I have a boyfriend I'm so sorry I shouldn't have" but he stopped me from rambling.

"It's ok y/n honest" he giggled taking my hand and leading me out the room. "Come on it's nearly midnight"

We walked back through the crowd of people chanting the countdown from 10.

I noticed that Ash was already leaving through the front door and that Fez was talking with Nate near the back. "Sorry I just need to..." I left Elliott and began to walk over to Fezco. Something was going on.

"The last time we talked didn't you say you wanted to kill me?" I heard Nate ask and I stayed at a safe distance listening into their conversation. Fez hadn't seen me yet though.

"It's a new year playboy" Fez raised his half up as Nate tapped his onto Fezco.

"You ok?" Elliott asked. Watching Fezco be so friendly to someone who hurt me made my skin crawl but I knew there was something behind this. I didn't reply to Elliott as I watched from the distance. Before I knew what was happening Fezco slammed the empty bottle he had in his hand off nates head. He immediately went in with his fists causing Nate to fall on the floor. He didn't have chance to fight back. "Who is that?" Elliott asked as we stood watching people begin to crowd around the 2 boys.

"That's my boyfriend" I mumbled. I seen Cassie and Maddy screaming for Fezco to get off.

"He's crazy" Elliott said.

"Stop! FEZ STOP" Maddy cried watching her ex helpless on the floor as Fez was on top of him continuing to punch him in the face. The blood was everywhere.

"Get off of him" Cassie tried to pull Fezco off but he pushed her away. This wasn't the Fezco I fell in love with at all. Finally after some time McKay managed to pull him off.

"Come on" Fez said breathless holding out his hand but I didn't take it. I just walked ahead of him out the door and to the car where Ash was with the engine running.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I asked raising my voice slightly as we both got in the car and started to drive off.

"He had it coming y/n you can't deny that" I mean he did have a point Nate deserved everything he had coming but to see Fezco so angry that wasn't like him.

"I just want to go home" I mumbled.

"That's where we're going"

"No my home" I said looking at him through the review mirror. His eyes softened and he looked genuinely upset. I sat in silence for the remainder of the car ride till Fez pulled up outside my house. I didn't say anything I just got out the car and slammed the door shut behind me. I didn't know whether I was actually this angry because of what Fez did or if it was because I kissed Elliott but whatever it was I just needed my brother.

I didn't have my key and the door was locked so I had to knock.
"Y/n?" He sighed. He looked shocked the last time I was here was when I left the night of the carnival. I didn't say anything else I just wrapped my arms around his torso and sobbed into his chest. He brought me into the living room where he sat us down on the sofa and let me cry it out till I was ready to talk.

"Where's Hannah?" I asked finally looking up at his face.

"Not together anymore" he shrugged. "Not worth losing my baby sister over" he ruffled my hair.

"I'm sorry" I mumbled but he brushed it off. More worried about why I turned up at home sobbing my heart out after all this time.

"So what happened?" He asked.

"Fezco beat up Nate Jacobs" I said but Nathan didn't look so surprised. "What?"

"He had it coming though didn't he? Why has that upset you so bad?" He asked and in reality it probably wasn't that.

"I don't think it did" I mumbled.

"So what did?"

"I kissed someone else tonight. Fezco doesn't know and it was a total mistake" I explained about Elliott but missed out the part where I had met him whilst I was doing drugs or how he helped me keep Rue alive.

"Everyone makes mistakes y/n and if Fezco honestly makes you happy don't mess it up because of that one mistake" he did give good advice at times.

"Can I move back in?" I asked.

"Of course if that's what you want" Nathan seemed happy to have me back but now it was breaking it to Ash and Fez I won't be living there anymore.

What do you guys think about this so far? Should y/n and fez have a break?
