Carnival.2 (rewitten)

I've re written this part as I didn't like the last one x

"This shit burns" I giggled as I threw my head back after snorting the white powder. Maddy and Cassie both joined in the giggling as we got into the line for the Ferris wheel.

"It's so weird to think like no matter what happens, the universe is just out here like giving zero fucks" Maddy spoke slowly as the molly started kicking in. I sat with my head back letting the feeling of euphoria wash over me.

"Wow" Cassie and I said in sync as we all giggled. After the Ferris wheel we decided to go into the house of mirrors and by us I mean Maddy. She practically dragged me inside.

"You know what? Fuck that family" Maddy scoffed as she walked around looking at herself in the many mirrors as I stood checking myself out. She was obviously about to go on a rant about the Jacob's family. "Right now I'm looking at a thousand versions of myself and not only do I look good, I fucking feel good" Maddy continued.

"Me too bitch" Cassie mumbled as she started pushing her boobs up and staring at herself in the mirror.

"If they got something to say they should just say it to my face right?" She turned to us with her hand in her hip.

"Or you should just say it to their fucking face" I finally spoke up. Maddy's smirk grew on her face as in her head she contemplated the idea of standing up for herself.

"That's what I would do" Cassie shrugged turning back to herself in the mirror.

"I feel like this is a turning point" I whispered to the girls as I walked up to the mirror in front of me.

"Totally" Maddy and Cassie agreed.

"We should just pick the hottest, most confident, bad bitch version of ourselves and be that for the rest of the school year" Cassie spoke and the words made sense. I have never stood up for myself properly and I should start. I should be confident and go for what I want.

"Yo" we all giggled at the same time as we left the hall of mirrors. Cassie went off to try and forget about McKay whilst Maddy went to the chilli stand to find Nate. Before I knew what I was doing or where I was going my feet took me to Fez.

"Y/n, are you doing alright?" He stood up from where he was sitting and walked the last few steps so that he was standing in front of me. "You took the Molly?" He looked disappointed considering he was the one who sold me it in the first place. I rolled my eyes as I took the bag from my bra and slammed it against his chest. He took it and immediately stuck it in his pocket before anyone could see the suspicious packet of powder.

"Why do you care about me?" I asked looking up to see him avoiding eye contact with me. I scoffed folding my arms as he still didn't answer the question.

"I just do" he admitted.

"You didn't seem to care about me the other day when you kicked me out" I shrugged.

"I didn't ki-."

"Or when just sold me the Molly today" I cut him off infolding my arms as they fell to my side. At this point the carnival was starting to die down.

"I care about you because I love you" he rushed his sentence making my eyes go wide and my mouth fall open. Yes I have admitted to Fez that I loved him before but for him to say it back was a big deal. I don't think he's actually ever loved a girl before.

"You mean that?" I asked finally making eye contact with him as he nodded his head yes. I flung my arms around his neck as his hug lifted me off of the ground for a brief moment. "I love you too" I attached my lips to his as we shared the most passionate kiss we'd had. He took my hand and lead me to the pretzel van where he gave Ashtray the tickets and told him to go home. "Nathan isn't back till tomorrow" I smirked leading the way to mine.

"Is that your friend?" Fez pointed over to 2 figures against a caravan. At first it looked like she was in a tense situation but then I seen them kiss so I just shrugged it off.

"Maddy and Nate, he's a bit of a creep" a shiver went down my spine as I thought about that night in the car. The day when I was forced to do fentanyl. When Fez stayed up all night making sure I was still breathing. He does care about me and I care about him.

We got back to mine not long after as I didn't live that far from where the carnival was. As I stepped through the door the lights shot on causing me to jump. Nobody was meant to be in, Nathan must have gotten back early. Shit it's Nathan. I turned around immediately trying to push Fez away so we could run but my brother was already stood behind me with a stern face and his arms crossed. I looked up at Fez as I didn't dare turn around, I bit my lip nervously. "He's behind me isn't he?" I asked and Fez nodded slowly.

"Y/n" Nathan sighed waiting for me to turn around but I didn't budge. "Y/n" he sighed again as I shit my eyes tight as I turned around to face him. Nathan knew that I had taken drugs in the past but he thought I wasn't anymore after seeing Rue overdose. "For fuck sake. What have you taken?" He grabbed my face looking into my eyes which were massive due to the Molly I had taken earlier in the night.

"I haven't taken anything" I raised my voice as I pushed his hands away from me. "Ask Fez I was with him all night" I turned around giving him pleading eyes. Luckily for me he agreed and told Nathan I wasn't on anything.

"And who are you?" Nathan looked over at Fez who was still stood behind me probably wishing we went to his.

"Fezco" he mumbled. Nathan had never met Fez as I liked to keep him as far away from my social life as possible. Nathan hummed as he raised his eyebrow, he was about to say something till we were disturbed by a blonde girl rocking up to the door snaking her arms around Nathan's torso. I was shocked. He'd had girlfriends before but none I have ever met.

"And who's that?" I pointed to the girl practically hanging off of him giving me dirty looks. I scoffed as I glared at her.

"Y/n, this is Hannah . Hannah this is my sister y/n" she didn't move she just looked me up and down. "Hannah is moving in" my face dropped.

"Like fuck she is" I crossed my arms scoffing. He couldn't be serious. Bringing a dandiner home and letting her stay. He didn't even ask me. This is my home too.

"Y/n. Don't be rude" Nathan scolded me as though I was a little child.

"If that's staying" I gestured to Hannah who had the biggest smirk on her face I was so tempted to smack off "then I'm leaving"

"No you're not" Nathan rolled his eyes as I stood there standing my ground. I grabbed Fez hand and began to walk away out the gates. "Y/N COME BACK" he shouted after me but I kept walking. There was no way I was staying there with her.

"Are you ok" Fez asked as we walked to his.

"You don't mind if I stay at yours tonight?" I asked looking up at his lovely eyes.

"Stay as long as you need" he smiled down at me throwing his arm around my shoulder as we continued the walk.

I like this chapter better. Y/n seen Maddy and Nate? What will she do when she finds out he abused her? Does she stay with fez? Who else just gets bad vibes off Hannah?
