JJs POV
After we met with Amy we drove straight back to the office,
"Do we tell her?" Ask Emily and she sighs and shakes her head
"No, not until we have too" she says and I nod, both of us knowing if we told Mara she would freak and we would much much rather her not go back into her old ways, especially not eating
Once we got to the office I walked into Penelopes office and Mara looked up at me and smiles
"Hi momma" she smiles and I go over to her and pick her up, holding her as tightly as I could without hurting her and walked down to my office,
I just wanted some alone time with my baby,
"I missed you momma" she says and leans against me as I kiss her head,
"I missed you too babygirl, but I came back didn't I?" I ask and she nods
"And I promise to always come back" I assure her and my phone buzzed with a notification from Carina
Carina: Hey! Still up to meet?
JJ; yep, we are at the office now but I will message you as soon as we get home
Carina: Perfetto!
"You wanna see your aunt Maya and Carina today?" I ask Mara,
"Aunt?" She questions and looks at me
"Yea... remember Maya is mommas sister so that makes her your aunt" I explain to the Child and she nods
"Yea... they nice" she says and I chuckle and stand up so I could go tell Emily
"Yea, they are" I confirm and walk back into Penelopes office and she gave me a sad look, I'm assuming Emily had told her what happened with Amy
"So Um... you still okay with Carina and Maya coming over?" I ask her and she nods
"Carina and Maya?" Penelope ask
"My sister and her wife" I explain and she looks at me a little shocked
"Um.. thank you for watching her but we're going to head home" I say and she nods understandingly
"Of course. Let me know whenever. I love spending time with her" Penelope smiles

Once we got home I let Carina know they could come over in about an hour so that gave us time to get Mara to eat a little lunch
I was stressed.... I was so worried about what was going to happen with Mara
I left Emily to make breakfast while I emailed Delilah to let her know we are going to court
When I came back Emily had already finished making grilled cheeses and I walked over to her and kissed her softly
"I love you" she smiles and kisses me again
"Yea... I know. But not as much as I love you" I smile and call for Mara to come out
"No hungry!" She yells back and I sigh, she was in her room playing with toys and just doesn't want to come out
"Mara. It's time for lunch lady bug, once you eat you can go and play again" I say walking to her room and she sat on the floor with all of her stuffed animals around her
"But I'm playing" she pouts and I stand in the doorway
"I know you are, but we can hurry and eat and you can play again" I say and she thinks about it before shaking her head
