Caught in the Act

I woke up to check on Jin. His fever is gone. Thank God.

I freshened up and headed out to prepare breakfast. I peeked into Namjoon and Jin's room. Yoongi was not there.

I went to the kitchen area and saw that he was sleeping on the couch. I walked up to him. I missed him. I missed waking up beside him but Jin needed me this time.

I approached the couch and the scent hit me again. He smelled like alcohol. Why is he drinking all the time in the office?

I fixed his blanket and headed to the kitchen. Honestly, the scent was making me dizzy. I don't know why but it was driving me nuts.

I was busy preparing breakfast for everyone when I felt an arm wrapping around my waist. I looked back and saw Jin, looking much better.

Morning babe. He said, wrapping me in a hug.

Morning. You look so much better. I said, smiling.

Thanks to my nurse. He winked.

You probably still need to rest today. I think you should go back to the room and lie down for a bit. I said as I continued cooking.

He shook his head. Nah. I'll help out. Besides, I will be staying home today. I just wanted to get some fresh air. I've been cooped up in the room for too long. He explained as he got plates and set the table.

I nodded. But if you feel tired, just rest ok?

Morning. I heard someone say. Hobi was up and headed straight to the coffee maker.

Morning Sunshine. I said, smiling at him.

Hyung, glad to see you back. Hobi said as he prepared coffee.

Glad to be back. Jin laughed.

Yoongi growled as he stood up. Oh no. Grumpy cat awake. I thought as I saw him walking towards the kitchen.

Jin suddenly stopped him and whispered something to him. He looked at me and headed towards the room instead.

I looked at Jin with a confused look.

Told him to take a shower first. He stinks. Jin said as he continued fixing the table.

Hey. Let's all have breakfast together. I miss hanging out. Hobi said. I'll wake up the others. He said as he was sipping his coffee.

I smiled. Jin has set the table up and proceeded in preparing drinks to bring to the table.

I finished cooking and headed to the room to check on Yoongi. The others were already in the dining room.

Hey. He said as he got out of the bathroom.

Hi Sweetie. Sorry for being too noisy earlier. I said as I approached him. I leaned in for a kiss but he quickly shifted his head. I stood there stunned.

Sorry. I just have a headache. He said as he headed out without looking at me.

I stood still for a moment. Was there anything wrong? I was really bothered by his attitude as he had never been that cold towards me. I took a deep breath, smiled, and headed to the dining room to join the others.

Yoongi came into the dining room and got a cup of coffee. Y/N shortly followed and sat down beside me.
