MELODY STOOD IN AISLE 4 LOOKING AT PREGNANCY TESTS. Her brain was moving 100 miles per hour.

What was she gonna do if it was positive?

What would jj say?

Would jj be mad?

She grabbed three tests, paid for them and left. When she got home she ran upstairs and locked herself in the bathroom. Mel waited five minutes before looking. She took a deep breath and looked.

Melody's breath hitched in her throat. Her hands went to her stomach. She heard jacob yelling from taylor's office and immediately ran to it. "YOU DID WHAT?" jacob yelled. "i told her that you didnt want to see her anymore and she left" taylor replied and melody's jaw dropped. "you said that to izzie?" melody asked.

"yeah, she did" jacob's voice trembled.

"you are such a bitch!" jacob shouted and taylor chuckled

"get out i dont want to see you anymore"

Jacob walked out and melody stayed.

"why would you do that! he really liked her! and... and you just had to ruin it" melody furrowed her eyebrows

"melody...im kinda busy right now, so could you..." taylor began writing on a paper

Melody looked at the photo of her, jake, taylor and her dad. "why do you have that?" melody asked and taylor raised her brows.

"what?"

"the photo" melody pointed and taylor nodded

"it reminds me of the time before everything went downhill" taylor responded

"you mean before you ruined everything?" melody tilted her head to the side

"i didnt do anything...your father is the one who messed up this family" taylor remarked and melody scoffed

"your the one who tried to kill him" melody muttered

Taylors head whipped up in confusion.

"what did you say?" taylor asked and stood up from her desk

"hmm?" melody tried to play it off.

"did you say i tried to kill him?" taylor questioned and melody felt her nerves rise

"i dont know did i?"

"your father was hit by a truck" taylor lied

mel walked over to her and whispered, "i know what you did to him"

"i dont know what your talking about" taylor looked around her office before her eyes landed on the file cabinet with the guns in it.

"you dont remember when you shot him? cause you thought he cheated?" melody asked as taylor's hand unlocked the safe

"oh i do remember that" taylor smirked

Melody eyes watched as taylor pulled out a gun. Melody backed up and was about to run when taylor pointed the gun at her.

"mom...what are you doing?" melody's voice was shaking.

"well i cant have you telling anyone that so, im gonna do exactly what i did to him..to you" taylor said and a tear ran down melody's cheek

"so your just gonna kill me?" melody asked.

Taylor didnt answer but instead turned the safety off.

"dont" melody whispered and a few seconds later she felt a shooting pain in her stomach

She looked down and saw blood pouring through her shirt, she placed a hand on it and looked back at taylor.

Melody fell to the ground, taylor walked out of the office without a second glance. Melody could feel the blood puddle around her growing. "jacob" she breathed out. Jacob ran up the stairs and his eyes grew wide when he saw melody laying there.

"mel, im gonna get you help" jacob said. She hissed in pain when he lifted her off the ground. He kept a hand on her stomach holding pressure as they walked down the stairs. Before they left, melody grabbed the phone that mark gave her.
