I forgot to tell him

Elizabeth POV

I woke up kinda feeling dazed and then I remembered last night and blushed deeply. Meliodas was still cuddling me I felt so warm from this, I was able to sneak out of his grip and go to the bathroom to change. while I was doing so I saw in the mirror that the bump was slightly bigger I smiled while rubbing a small circle on it. i still couldn't wrap my mind around it, I was carrying Meliodas's child. I couldn't be happier especially seeing as I was with him, I was gonna get to marry him!

I suddenly felt my mating mark warm up which meant Meliodas was awake. so I finished getting dressed and came out to see him stretching with a yawn after putting clothes on.

"good morning Meliodas" I said cheerfully, he grinned while standing up.

"good morning to you as well my beautiful love" he said suddenly appearing behind me and groping my breasts, I couldn't help but lean my back into him.

sigh he snickered slightly as I did this.

I turned around and smiled at him and put his hand on my belly (the bump)

"its gotten bigger" I said happily, he dropped to his knees started nuzzling my belly lovingly,

"I'll have you know I am extremely excited to meet it........ I wonder what it'll be boy? Or girl? Which would you prefer Ellie?" he asked sweetly,

"I don't know honestly, I haven't even finished wrapping my mind around everything that's been happening. I mean a couple months ago I didn't even think you liked me like that and now here we are I..... I'm pregnant and engaged to someone who means everything to me and I'm mates with him I really couldn't be happier" I said truthfully he looked teary eyed to hear that,

He stood up and kissed me softly before pulling back and looking me in the eyes,

"I love you so much it hurts" he said with a single tear dripping down his cheek, I wiped it away and hugged him.

"I love you too Meliodas to the stars and back" I said smiling then returning to the embrace,

Meliodas POV

After awhile we released reluctantly and went downstairs only to see that all of the sins were waiting,

"well hiya merlin" I said casually pulling Elizabeth to sit with me,

"so I heard she fainted?" merlin said getting right to the point today I see,

"yeah I just wanted you to make sure she's alright after all it has been kinda stressful lately" I said scratching the back of my head,

"yes I heard that the king knows about the pregnancy........ But still even with that in mind you should still try to keep her calm or it could cause........ Well you know" she said looking at me with that look of be careful,

"so since I already checked Elizabeth while she was sleeping I already know she is fine however I think you should make sure she doesn't do anything but relax today" she said then seemingly disappearing. I looked over and saw Elizabeth blushing damn she's beautiful,

"welp that's good news now we can get on with our day" I said chuckling,

"umm but didn't you talk to the king yesterday? Won't he be mad?" Diane asked curiously,

"well yea so what?" I said casually,

"so what? Did you just ask so what?" king asked looking at me with furrowed brows,

I sighed knowing no matter how many times I said I didn't care what bartra thought there would still be someone to question it,
