Elizabeth POV

I woke up in so much pain that I couldn't even move, it was hard to Even breath. I could feel the source of the pain coming from two spots in between my legs and on the right side of my neck for some reason.

I also noticed that I was now wearing clothes, I guess he must have put clothes on me while I was asleep. I couldn't help but blush thinking about the night before,

but then I noticed that he wasn't in the room, but I could feel his presence Downstairs, but I was kinda curious as to how I could feel it. but then I remembered what meliodas said about being his mate.

I blushed again remembering that he asked me to marry him. I can't believe it! I'm so happy! He loves me back and wants to marry me! It's everything I ever wanted! I thought to myself happily.

I once again tried to get up but nothing, my body wouldn't move,
I tried to call out to ask for help but my voice wouldn't come out.
I almost cried feeling helpless still trying to call out for help.

suddenly, I heard it, my voice. but my mouth didn't move

"meliodas" I called out, but it sounded like the voice was in my head, it kinda echoed.

And suddenly I heard Meliodas's voice, but it also sounded like it was in my head.

"yes my princess?" He responded cheekily , I was so happy to hear him.

"please help me I can't move"
There was suddenly a bunch of sound downstairs.

Meliodas POV

I was cleaning out some mugs with king because everyone else was still out cold. I couldn't help but be entranced by my thoughts of Elizabeth, the way she felt, the way she smelled, how she sounded, it was all amazing, Naturally I marked her as mine after she passed out because a demon can only mark someone as their mate after mating with them, my thoughts were cut off by something echoing in my head, a sound? No, a voice. Elizabeth's voice.

I was so happy to find out that the Telepathy was working.

"Meliodas" she called to me softly, I was worried about the slight bit of panic coming through the telepathy though.

"Yes my princess" I responded cheekily with the Telepathy in an attempt at calming whatever was wrong.

"please help me I can't move"

Just from hearing her saying that I set down what I was doing bolted up the stairs telling king I forgot something.

Once I got to the room I closed and locked the door behind me but when I looked at her I was so scared, she was so pale and her breath sounded shallow and ragged.

"Ellie are you alright?" I asked her but no response came in return, her eyes were just barely open.

Elizabeth POV

I saw meliodas he looked kinda spooked I heard him ask with his voice

"Ellie are you alright?" I couldn't respond, it hurt so bad I still couldn't move then I heard him in my head again.

"Ellie?"

yes I could respond I thought to myself.

"meliodas i can't move at all"

"ohhhhh yeah that might be a side effect of having my mark on you, sorry"

"your mark?" I questioned curiously.
