3rd person POV:
Asuka led Yn into one of the entrances to the new NERV HQ.
The complex was to Yn, completly futuristic. The walls were clean and shining silver.
He was given no time to admire this new base, as he was dragged into the new war room.
Similarly built to the old one, only with more modern equipment and three-dimensional holographic screens, Misato began explaining the situation as soon as all the active Ultramen had arrived.
Yn:(looks at Mari)
Yn:(mind) Is that my thera-
Misato: An Angel has landed in Africa and is making its way up to Europe.
Misato: You three are to intercept and terminate the Angel.
Misato: Understood?
Rei/Asuka/Mari/Yn: Yes ma'am/yep.
The four tried to leave, however, Misato stopped Yn.
Misato: Not you.
Yn: Right... Force of habit, sorry.
Kaworu: Understandable.
Commander Kaworu said in his chair above the rest.
Kaworu: Don't worry, I have made the arrangements to mend that issue.
Misato:?

The flight to get to the Angel was going to take the three ultra women several hours.
Though perhaps they might be capable of defeating the Angel on their own, Yn desperately wished to join them.
Racing to the location of the ex-chief science officer of NERV, doctor Ritsuko Akagi, Yn and Kaworu arrived in front of a wooden cabin far away from society.
With many turrets aimed at the building, Yn cautiously approached it.
Yn: This seems a bit extreme for a pedophile...
Kaworu: She's here due to her connection with SEELE. The government believed this was a necessary precaution.
Yn:...
Reaching the door, he knocked.
(Knock, knock, knock)

No answer.
Yn: Is she not home?
Kaworu: Perhaps ignoring us.
Yn: Tch...
